Job Description

1. Order & Delivery Monitoring

  • Monitor dealer order and delivery status.
  • Act as the contact point for promoters and dealer staff regarding order status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

2. Daily Free Stock Report

  • Prepare and update the free stock list report.

3. Brand Store Event Support

  • Checklist all preparation and attendees of routine brand store events to ensure the event run smoothly.
  • Willing to support or be on-site during Saturday events when needed.

4. Employee Purchase Handling

  • Assist in managing the employee purchase (EP) process—from request and approval to follow-ups.
  • Ensure proper documentation and coordination with all related party

5. Update Sell Out and PO Tracker & Administration Support

  • Update sell out data in the sell-out tracker regularly
  • Update and maintain the PO Tracker regularly.
  • Support in other related sales administration topic.

Qualifications

  1. Active university student from Business, Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  2. Comfortable working with numbers and administrative tasks.
  3. Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
  4. Able to work with multiple stakeholders.
  5. Willing to support weekend events when required.
  6. Good communication and coordination skills.
  7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  8. Basic data management skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
  9. Able to multitask and manage timelines.
  10. Proactive, willing to follow up, and problem-solving oriented.
