Requirements :
- Medical Doctor (MD) with a valid STR.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience as a General Practitioner.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and clinical governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
