WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage yard and dispatch operations to ensure smooth flow and OTIF.
- Optimize yard layout, truck positioning, and capacity for efficient operations.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams to ensure dispatch readiness and system accuracy.
- Maintain inventory accuracy while ensuring safety, SOPs and GMP.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in yard/logistic operations (FMCG preferred).
- Strong understanding of SAP, WMS, and/or Yard Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of SHE, GMP, and operational compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be placed in Sei Mangkei, North Sumatra.
