Job Description :
Responsible for all activities related to hub/building projects, including new hub openings, hub maintenance, and hub rent reinstatement.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding building/hub requirements and needed.
Daily monitor and update data activities related to operation building facility/hub.
Coordinate with external vendors related to building facility/hub task assignment.
Perform direct execution (if needed) related to operation building facility/hub needed.
Requirement :
Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 1-3 year of relevant working experience.
Able to prepare Cost Estimates / Bill of Quantities (BOQ) related to renovation projects.
Able to use engineering software applications is preferred (Minimum AutoCad 2D)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A or SIM C).
