𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Manage and maintain all B2B sales contracts, purchase orders (PO), commercial invoices, and customer databases accurately.
- Serve as an internal point of contact for strategic accounts, responding to delivery inquiries, tracking order status, and resolving administrative requests.
- Coordinate closely with logistics, production, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely invoicing/payment verification.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance records, volume tracking sheet reports, and customer delivery schedules for management review.
- Assist marketing sales specialists in preparing proposals, processing internal deal approval documents, and onboarding new clients.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- Diploma (D3) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, commercial back-office, or customer support (experience in a B2B or industrial company is highly preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data management, VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and experience with CRM or ERP systems (such as SAP) is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, strong communication skills, and a professional customer-service mindset. Fluency in basic English is required.
- Willing to work in Jakarta Head Office with normal work week
