Lowongan Kerja PwC Indonesia
1. Salesforce – Core Developer
Key Responsibilities
- Develop user stories and implement Salesforce applications with a focus on Visualforce, Lightning pages, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with Functional Leads, Developer Leads, and Technical Architects to align on client requirements and solution designs.
- Conduct thorough testing to ensure application stability and functionality.
- Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and maintain application security and integrity.
- Extend Salesforce capabilities using Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.
- Contribute to technical documentation and provide recommendations aligning solutions with Salesforce best practices.
- Engage in Agile/Scrum processes, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Cultivate self-awareness and personal development through feedback and reflection.
- Mentor and delegate tasks to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Utilize industry tools and techniques to extract insights and solve complex problems.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Adhere to PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of Salesforce development experience across various platforms (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
- Minimum of two Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Developer I, or Developer II.
- Proficiency in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and Visualforce.
- Strong problem-solving skills for high-level software and application issues.
- Excellent English communication and listening skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment and work collaboratively with international teams.
2. Salesforce – Business Analyst
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
- Assist in the design and implementation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce.
- Participate in project meetings, document meeting notes, and track project progress.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve Salesforce processes and workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduate: Up to 12 months of experience in a business analysis role or relevant internship experience.
- Experience hire: 2 – 6 years of experience in business analysis role or relevant experience related with Salesforce
- Basic understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
