Lowongan Kerja – PT Bank Permata Tbk merupakan salah satu bank swasta nasional di Indonesia. PermataBank dibentuk sebagai hasil merger dari 5 bank di bawah pengawasan Badan Penyehatan Perbankan Nasional (BPPN), yakni PT Bank Bali Tbk, PT Bank Universal Tbk, PT Bank Prima Express, PT Bank Artamedia, dan PT Bank Patriot pada tahun 2002.

Di tahun 2004, Standard Chartered Bank dan PT Astra International Tbk mengambil alih PermataBank dan memulai proses transformasi secara besar-besaran didalam organisasi. 1. Mortgage Sales Specialist (Surabaya & Malang)

Job Description

  • Processing the acquisition of targeted new debtors (mortgage) with build the partnership with Developers, brokers and branches.
  • Ensure the loan (mortgage)process in line with the policy and regulations.
  • Providing excellent service to debtors / prospective debtors without ignoring policies, instructions, procedures have been established by Bank

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Minimum 2 year experience as mortgage sales
  • Have a basic knowledge of the banking lending and mortgage
  • Strong analitycal skill
  • Good selling skill and strong network, especially in mortgage
  • Confident and tenacious in getting prospective debtors and doing cross selling

 

2. Relationship Manager (Pasuruan)

Responsible for aching job’s objective by:

  • Acquiring, maintaining, growing, and deepening relationship with exisitng and prospective priority customers
  • Identifying the financial or investment needs and objectives of such customer or prospective customers
  • Introducing alternative suitable banking products to meet the needs and objectives; providing customers with professional advice
  • Providing premium customer service
  • Complying with prevailing regulations

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Maximum age 35 year old
  • Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Relationship Manager
  • Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services
  • Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
  • Good at selling/influencing
  • Tactful, corteous with confident and tenacity in pursuing business opportunities
  • Certification: AAJI & WPPE

 

3. BAP Priority Acquisition Specialist (PAS) Jabodetabek

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

BAP Priority Acquisition Specialist is a 6 months fast-track training program for the best young talents to directly contribute to bank’s growth revenue that involving in-class and on-the job training. Graduates from this program will be placed in sales department to develop leads for potential new priority and/or preferred customers.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Bachelor degree with min. GPA 2.75
  • Preferable Fresh Graduates or max. 1 year working experience
  • Passionate in sales role
  • Enjoy networking
  • Have good communication & negotiating skills
  • Attractive personality with basic financial & digital banking knowledge
  • Willing to work at all Jabodetabek area

 

4. Corporate Governance

Job Description

  • Prepare deep analysis in order to improve the quality of PermataBank’s GCG implementation in accordance with applicable regulations and best practices.
  • Act as a resource person and perform advisory functions to related units regarding GCG, Company Law and Capital Market regulations.
  • Prepare and submit reports, both regular and incidental, including disclosure of information to the public.
  • Review and update policies and procedures related to GCG and Corporate Secretary.
  • Prepare and act as coordinator and consolidator of some reporting related to GCG, including Annual Report.
  • Play an active role in corporate actions such as GMS and other projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum S1, preferably Bachelor of Laws
  • Have a minimum of 3 years work experience
  • Have adequate understanding of Governance regulations (GCG), Company Law, and Capital Market Regulations.
  • Able to properly compile and prepare reports, and able to record minutes of meetings.
  • Have a good analytical thinking skills.
  • Have the ability to speak English, both verbally and written.
  • Have a good communication and coordination skills, and be able to work with various work units in cross functions.
  • Enthusiastic in learning new things and proactive.
  • Mastering and able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Power Point.

 

5. Frontline Apprenticeship Program (FLA) 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fresh Graduates (min. Bachelor’s degree/S1)
  • Min. IPK 2.75
  • Maksimal usia 23 tahun
  • Memiliki ketertarikan terkait Digital Banking
  • Berpenampilan menarik, percaya diri
  • Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Jabodetabek, Sukabumi, Denpasar, Banjarmasin.
