Responsibilities

1. Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
2. Source candidates through job portals, social media, and networking
3. Conduct interviews and coordinate with staff and supervisors
4. Maintain and update recruitment databases
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role
3. Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and hiring best practices
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
