Lowongan Kerja PT Telekomunikasi Selular (Telkomsel)

1. Network Engineering Role

What You will do as Enterprise Service Innovation Engineering Role:

• Manage databases, policies, standardization, guidelines and business processes related to Enterprise Service Engineering
• Collaborate with operations teams, quality teams, business users, vendors and related stakeholders to align with business needs.
• Prepare reports and update data related to company service devices on a regular
  basis
• Completion of project plan information data input at WBS level 1-3.

What You will do as Core, Transport and Datacenter Operations Role:

• Manage the Availability of Network Element Core, Transport, Datacomm, Power System, Datacenter and Security bandwidth.
• Record, evaluate, analyze and create suggestions for improvements to the KPI network element Core Network, Transport, Datacomm, Datacenter, Security and Power System
• Support network service quality improvement activities as well as deployment and product releases carried out on Core Network, Transport, Datacomm, Datacenter, Security and Power system devices
• Manage operational guidelines and global standards (ISO, certification, audit and others) related to TTC and Datacenter
• Performing service provisioning on the Core Network infrastructure side in collaboration with the Core Network and Data Center Technical Assistant
• Support patching activities and software upgrades
• Coordinating and supporting activities to maintain security access to all network infrastructure in the region
• Coordinate with Telkom related to improving Transport quality & resilience.

We’re calling you who have:

• Maximum Age in September 2023 should not be more than 28 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related role
• Bachelor of Telecommunication Engineering or Informatics Engineering
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge in 4G and 5G (RAN, Core and transport) cellular technology, Cloud, Virtualization and edge computing
• Knowledge of the frequency spectrum and its use
• Proficiency in English, Developing effective presentation deck, communication skill.
• Eager to develop new skills and area of expertise
• Passion or understanding in Telecommunication or Digital industry, Digital strategy, strategic analysis, or technology trends is a plus

2. Business Development and Business Analytics Role

We’re calling you who have:

• Maximum Age in September 2023 should not be more than 28 years old
• Minimum 1 year of experience in related role
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Business Management, Economy, Statistics, Mathematics
• Certification in CBDP, CBDM, CPBD, CPM, CAPO is a plus point
• Experience in data analysis and processing
• Have an interest in Business Analysis and Data Visualization
• Skills in SQL Query, Python Programming, and Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
• Skills in Sales and Marketing, Networking and Relationship Building, Communication, and Industry Knowledge
• Knowledge and ability in Project Management, Problem Solving, Design Thinking, Market Research, Analysis, Strategic Thinking, and Business Acumen
• Experience in Sales and Marketing, Consulting, Technology, and Consumer Goods

3. Associate Defensive IT Security

As a Defensive IT Security, you will be responsible to Managing day to day operational for Endpoint Protection and Monitoring System, Identity Access Management and Security Compliance, Perimeter and Data Center Security Protection, such as: Anti DDoS. This role will give you chance to collaborate with the blue team, conduct investigations, and contribute to the detection process.

We’re calling you who have:

• Maximum Age in September 2023, should not be more than 28 years old
• Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Information System, Informatics Engineering, System &
  Management, and Computer Engineering.
• Having minimum 1 years experience in related roles
• SIEM Certification, Deep Security Professional Certified (nice to have)
• Good oral & writing communication skills. English preferable.
