Key Account Manager – Road Machinery & Concrete

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for Road Construction & Pump Machineries customer development in regional markets
• Responsible for achieving monthly and annual sales goals of Road Construction & Pump Machineries
• Assist managers of Regional to complete other tasks
• Responsible for market expansion of SANY Road Construction & Pump Machineries in Indonesia to ensure sales targets are met.
• Planning, development, and management of sales channels in the Indonesian market.
• Formulating marketing strategies and plans for Road Construction & Pump Machineries in Indonesia.
• Collecting, summarizing, and analyzing market, customer, and competitor information, as well as handling product certification and licensing, to provide a basis for the company’s overseas sales policy.
• Leading business negotiations, signing contracts, following up on orders, and coordinating pre- and post-sales issues to ensure the product’s reputation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of sales experience in the Indonesian Road Construction & Pump Machineries.
• Have strong experience on heavy equipment industry especially in Road Construction & Pump Machineries
• Fully fluent in English can be used as a working language.
• Passionate about marketing, with strong communication, expression, and negotiation skills.
• Honest and trustworthy, recognizes and embraces SANY culture, proactive, and able to handle high-pressure situations.
• Have abundant customer resources in Construction, Mining, Manufacture, Logistic, agribusiness etc.
