1. Export-Import Specialist

Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the export-import process, including preparation, processing, and submission of required documentation
• Maintain strong relationships with customs authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
• Coordinate transportation and shipment activities efficiently
• Analyze trade trends and data to identify opportunities and challenges
• Provide regular reports on export-import activities and any issues encountered
• Develop and implement export-import procedures and policies

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations or customs-related work, preferably within manufacturing or logistics industries
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and procedures
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Proficiency in applications and systems related to international trade
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in manufacturing and logistics

2. Service Engineer (Electric Dump Truck)

What you’ll be doing

1. Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on our electric dump trucks to identify and resolve any issues
2. Troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems on the equipment
3. Providing technical support and advice to our operations team
4. Monitoring equipment performance and making recommendations for improvements
5. Maintaining detailed records of all service and repair work
6. Collaborating with the wider engineering team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement

What we’re looking for

1. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a service engineer, preferably in the mining or heavy machinery industry
3. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems
4. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
5. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
6. Strong communication and customer service skills
7. Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment
8. Willing to be placed at any locations all over Indonesia

3. Logistic Delivery Specialist

Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinate and schedule the transportation of goods from the company’s warehouses to customer locations
• Liaise with logistics providers and carriers to ensure seamless delivery of products
• Monitor and track the progress of deliveries, addressing any issues or delays
• Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including documentation and inventory tracking
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to provide updates on delivery status
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the logistics operation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety protocols

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address delivery challenges
