Perusahaan ini berkomitmen untuk menjadi merek es krim paling populer, bisnis utamanya meliputi penelitian dan pengembangan, produksi, dan penjualan Produk Es Krim. Perusahaan ini merupakan satu-satunya merek es krim yang dipilih sebagai sponsor resmi Asian Games 2018 yang diselenggarakan di Jakarta. Saat ini mencakup Indonesia, Vietnam, Filipina, dan negara-negara lain, perusahaan ini telah menjadi merek es krim yang terkenal di Asia Tenggara.

Saat ini PT Alpen Food Industry kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Januari 2026 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Alpen Food Industry (Aice Group)

 

Digital Marketing Staff

Currently, Aice is looking for 2 Digital Marketing Staff. One role will focus on Social Media, while the other will focus on Digital Media & Ads Performance. Below are the details:

 

1. Social Media

  • Support and act as the internal point of contact (PIC) for all digital marketing activities handled by external agencies (social media, digital ads, KOL/Influencer, online campaigns, etc.).
  • Coordinate and ensure strategic alignment between internal teams and agencies in terms of objectives, messaging, and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver clear briefs to agencies, including campaign objectives, timelines, deliverables, and performance targets.
  • Review and manage proposal, content plan, media plan, and campaign execution.
  • Monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance (reach, engagement, traffic, conversion, ROI).
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control for all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as the communication bridge between agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, especially in social media, digital advertising, and influencer marketing.

 

2. Digital Media Advertising

  • Support and act as the internal PIC for all digital media advertising activities managed by media/ads agencies (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, etc.).
  • Coordinate with agencies to develop media strategies, media plans, audience targeting, and budget allocation aligned with business and campaign objectives.
  • Review, monitor, and optimize digital ads performance based on key metrics such as impressions, reach, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion, and ROAS.
  • Ensure ads execution aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and timelines.
  • Evaluate and approve media proposals, budget plans, and performance reports.
  • Compile insights, analysis, and recommendations from campaign results for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Brand, Product, Trade Marketing, Sales, etc.) to ensure digital activities support overall business goals.

3. KOL / Influencer Marketing

  • Manage and coordinate KOL/Influencer marketing activities handled by agencies or platforms.
  • Review and align on KOL selection strategy based on target audience, platform relevance, and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor KOL deliverables, posting schedules, content compliance, and performance.
  • Evaluate KOL performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, EMV, cost efficiency).
  • Ensure all KOL activities comply with brand tone, messaging, and guidelines.

 

4. Reporting & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Consolidate media ads and KOL performance into clear reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders and management.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Product, Trade Marketing, and Sales teams to align digital media and KOL initiatives with overall marketing strategy.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple agencies.
  • Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and influencer ecosystem.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (brand side or agency).
  • Strong understanding of Social media marketing, Digital advertising (basic understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads), Influencer/KOL marketing
  • Proven experience in working with and managing agencies.
  • Able to analyze and interpret digital marketing performance reports.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working with timelines, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Experience in F&B or FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk.
