Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee development programs.
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA).
- Organize and manage training activities, both internal and external.
- Support competency assessment and succession planning processes.
- Support Individual Development Plans (IDP) for employees.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development progress.
- Support department leaders to identify capability gaps.
- Prepare reports and evaluations related to talent development programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Education or related field.
- Min. 1-3 yrs of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, or Human Resources.
- Strong understanding of competency development and talent management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across departments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/LMS is a plus.
