Job Description:
Manage training activities for the factory area, including analyzing training needs, planning training programs, delivering training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience as a teaching assistant or laboratory assistant.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint.
