Key Account Supervisor 🔥 Hot
Key responsibilities
- Implement sales strategies for assigned Local Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Monitor Key Account sales performance and take corrective actions to address performance gaps.
- Ensure product availability and timely delivery through coordination with distributors and area teams.
- Coordinate with Regional and Marketing teams to execute promotional and activation programs at Key Account outlets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor market conditions, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain strong relationships with Key Account customers to support long-term business partnerships.
- Identify and resolve operational issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Analyze sales and Key Account performance data to generate business insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, account activities, and market developments.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Account Management, Modern Trade, preferably in the Retail & Consumer Products industry
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple sites or accounts simultaneously with strong organisational abilities
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with senior client representatives
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to analyse data, interpret metrics, and make strategic decisions based on performance insights
