Lowongan Kerja – PT Zurich Asuransi Indonesia Tbk (ZAI) sebelumnya mendapatkan izin usaha di bidang asuransi umum pada tahun 1997 sebagai PT Asuransi Kerugian Nexus. Pada tahun 2002, berubah nama menjadi PT Asuransi Adira Dinamika dan menjadi perusahaan terbuka di tahun 2019, sebelum akhirnya bertransformasi menjadi ZAI.

1. Head of Digital

Job Summary

This role will lead our digital business in Indonesia. In this role, you will be leading a team and partnering actively with the products, propositions and partnerships teams to design differentiated digital offerings and bring them to market to drive business growth and profitability.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in leading Digital strategy and distribution within financial services, consulting, fintech, insurtech, or e-commerce company
  • Experience with P&L responsibility under digital strategy is ideal.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of digital ecosystems and shaping go to market products and propositions.
  • Solid understanding of the financial services industry and excellent network with potential distribution partners is a plus.
  • Proven experience in product development and execution of digital programs including onboarding of strategic partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business innovation and change.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in working in newly launched businesses.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills – highly articulate and can present to C-level executives.
  • Strong project management experience

Job Accountabilities – Key Accountabilities

  • Develop, communicate, and implement digital product and distribution strategy.
  • Gather and synthesize multiple pieces of data, including user analytics, customer feedback, market research and stakeholder opinion, to design and distribute customer led digital products and propositions.
  • Collaborate actively with stakeholders across departments to identify innovative ways to distribute insurance products.
  • Source and manage multiple digital partners and grow these accounts.
  • Understand and leverage digital ecosystems to drive business growth.
  • Actively help business entities digitalize and modernize their key customer and distribution touchpoints.
  • Drive multi-channel and omni-channel capabilities to optimize the customer interaction and experience.
  • Drive innovation, prototyping, implementing a ‘test and learn’ approach to promote the usage of emerging technologies, leveraging Zurich digital technology platforms.
  • Lead digital marketing and distribution strategies to increase cross-selling, upselling across different business entities using digital distribution platforms.
  • Display thought leadership to provide the business units with forward looking digital strategies, frameworks, tools, expertise, and best practice sharing.
  • Build, develop and lead a high performing digital squad team to achieve business goals.

 

2. Head of Data

Job Summary

This position is accountable for the definition and implementation of the Data Strategy and Data Policy to become a data-driven organization. This position also accountable for defining and executing ways for creating business value out of data and ensuring the correct implementation of the Data Governance Framework.

Job Qualifications

  • Understanding of the insurance industry and the unique data and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply data-driven insights to business challenges.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading data-related initiatives and delivering results, with a focus on developing and executing data strategies.
  • Deep understanding of data management technologies, such as data warehouses, data integration tools which are used to extract, transform, and load data from various sources, analytics platforms, and be familiar with Azure Microsoft Data Platform stack. The role should be able to work closely with IT teams to implement and maintain these technologies, as well as lead efforts to drive innovation and create value.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in analytics tools such as Python, R, SAS, SQL, Hadoop, and other similar technologies.
  • Experience with modeling as Head of Data will need to understand how to build and validate models that can be used to derive insights from data.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration, and a master’s degree is preferred.

  • Driving the creation of a data-driven culture that leverages data and analytics to support decision making and drive business impacts
  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive data strategy that leverages data assets to create business value, enhance customer experience, and advance the company’s competitive position.
  • Collaborating with business leaders to identify new data-driven opportunities to generate growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience.
  • Delivering data-related initiatives in accordance with industry regulations, including data privacy and security requirements.
  • Defining data management strategy for the enterprise based on the Group Data Strategy combined with the local business and IT objectives.
  • Activating mechanisms to ensure data is managed as a strategic asset within the organization and ensuring quality of critical data in all Systems / Environments.
  • Maintaining and updating the Data Governance framework, policies, and procedures for data and information governance.
  • Developing and implementing a data literacy program that equips employees with the skills and knowledge needed to use data effectively.

 

3. Accident & Health Underwriter

Job Summary

  • This position will manage, monitor and analyze risk profile data related to COB which is handled as needed to assist the underwriting process

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Claims or Underwriting area

Job Accountabilities – Key Accountabilities

  • Manage, monitor and analyze risk profile data related to COB which is handled as needed to assist the underwriting process
  • The series of risk analysis and acceptance processes are in accordance with the limits and authorities, starting from the completeness of the files to data entry and handling problems in the acceptance process.
  • Create or review rules, guidelines, and other provisions that can be used by the underwriter operational team in conducting the underwriting process
  • Handling project development to develop insurance products and analyzing portfolio performance to determine the price or rate of developed insurance products, transferring knowledge to internal and or external customers to provide information related to the underwriting process

 

4. Customer Engagement Manager

Job Summary

  • This role will be responsible for communications and campaigns to existing customers.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in communications discipline and 3 – 5 years experience in marketing or communications area

Preferred:

  • An excellent communicator
  • Familiar with CRM or customer management platforms and comfortable with the use of marketing technology

Job Accountabilities – Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for communications and campaigns to existing customers
  • Create and maintain relationships between Zurich and its P&C customers
  • Communicate benefits to customers to increase engagement and satisfaction with Zurich
  • Work with the Customer Knowledge and Experience team to ensure clear customer journey and engagement path
  • Utilize input from data analytics segmentation to ensure relevant and motivating customer communications
  • Create and implement new standards for renewal communications which lead to greater customer retention

 

5. Executive Assistant

Job Summary

Providing personal assistance and support/driving strategic analysis for a member of Group Executive Committee in order to support the day-to-day activities of the Group Executive Committee member and contribute to the realization of the strategic objectives in the designated area.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Administrative area
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Job Accountabilities – Key Accountabilities

  • Be the central point of contact for Executive Team of the respective department.
  • Manage the Executives email proactively dealing within defined delegated authority.
  • Provide all required administrative support and to track and monitor all decisions and actions taken.
  • Coordinate and manage all budgetary & related activity for the Office to include budget submissions, reforecasts and ongoing monitoring of expense reports.
  • Design and develop appropriate material/slideware for presentational use by the superior at regular and ad-hoc meetings and seminars.
  • Provide a conduit for the flow of information from the Executive to the Executive team and the wider community of the respective area.
  • Work closely with the Communications Manager of the respective area on all aspects of communications activity for the Executive from regular and ad-hoc briefings through to conference management.
  • Manage and coordinate all governance and operational aspects of the Executive team, e. g. management of meetings, calls and follow up actions.
  • Take responsibility for ad-hoc projects and initiatives on behalf of the Executive as appropriate.
