Lowongan Kerja PT TEMAS Tbk

1. Purchasing Officer

North Jakarta

What You’ll Do

• Source and purchase goods and services for company needs
• Evaluate supplier offers and negotiate pricing & terms
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries
• Monitor inventory levels and manage purchase orders
• Prepare PO & invoices while ensuring compliance with company standards

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations
• Skilled in negotiation, budgeting, and cost control
• Proficient in inventory management and PO processing
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate supplier performance
• Organized, detail-oriented, and great at time management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Background in shipping or logistics is a plus

2. Payroll Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time, including salary calculations, tax deductions, contributions, and benefits
• Manage and maintain payroll data and HRIS
• Prepare payroll and tax reports for internal and external purposes
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor and tax regulations
• Act as liaison between employees and HR regarding payroll matters
• Provide recommendations to improve payroll process efficiency and effectiveness
• Available to join as soon as possible

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in finance or payroll
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in payroll software and HR information systems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment

3. Human Capital Generalist / HR Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure employees receive their entitlements accurately and on time
• Maintain complete and well-organized employee records and documentation
• Handle HR administration (employment contracts, employee data, attendance, leave)
• Support employee relations and handle initial employee concerns
• Assist in implementing HC policies and procedures
• Support performance management activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree — any major
• 1–2 years experience in Human Capital, HR Generalist, or HR Administration preferred
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Basic understanding of Indonesian labor regulations
• Able to multitask with strong initiative
• Communicative, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality
