We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join our team and support the company's legal strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law (Master's Degree is an advantage)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Able to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice to management and business units.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage corporate legal matters, licensing, and governance.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks while supporting business objectives.
- Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
