1. Sales Marketing

Qualification

• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university
• Have experience min 2 years in sales, preferably in the construction or building material industry.
• Knowledge of steel pipe products and their applications in various sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, negotiation, persuasion skills, and the ability to work with different stakeholders.
• Having Mandarin language skills is preferred
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Ms Office and other sales tools.
• Own transportation and willing to travel for business trips.
• Have extensive relationships at Sales Marketing Area

2. Staf Mandarin (for Sales Support)

Qualification

• Must have Mandarin language skills (speaking)
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Minimum education bachelor degree from reputable university

• Have good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Having good interpersonal skills

3. Operation Trainee (MT for Operasional)

Qualification

• Maximum 25 years old
• Bachelor degree of Mechanical, Industrial, and Electrical Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3.20

• Must have good communication skills
• Active in english
• Be able to negotiate, influence, and convince
• Be able to think critically and solve problems

4. Management Trainee Purchasing

Qualification

• Maximum 25 years old
• Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3.20
• Fresh graduated are welcome (have experience as staff purchasing in Steel, Metal Pipe, or other manufacturing is preferred)
• Active in the organization/committee
• Must have good communication skills and persuasion
• Can operate computer and SAP properly
• Have negotiation skills, be able to think critically and solve problems
• Active in english

5. Staff Legal (Litigasi)

Qualification

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum, diutamakan dengan pengalaman di bidang litigasi.
• Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang kuat mengenai hukum acara perdata dan pidana.
• Pengalaman minimal 1-2 tahun di firma hukum atau perusahaan yang berfokus pada litigasi.
• Teliti dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik serta kemampuan presentasi yang kuat.
• Mampu bekerja secara mandirimaupun dalam tim.
• Memiliki integritas yang tinggi (jujur), ulet, dan etika profesional yang baik.
• Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas.

Responsibility

• Menyusun dokumen hukum yang berkaitan dengan perkara litigasi, termasuk gugatan, jawaban, dan bantahan.
• Mengajukan dan menyerahkan permohonan atau klaim hukum ke pengadilan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan pengacara eksternal atau perwakilan hukum dalam mengelola kasus litigasi.
• Menganalisis dan memberikan masukan hukum terkait perkembangan kasus.
• Menyusun laporan kasus secara berkala untuk manajemen perusahaan.
• Membantu tim legal dalam mengelola sengketa dan proses mediasi.

6. IT Technical Support

Qualification

• ESPECIALLY FOR SURABAYA, GRESIK, SURABAYA RESIDENTS
• Maximum 35 years old
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
• Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Experience in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Office
• Experience in Ubuntu or other Linux distribution
• Good command of English both oral and written
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• High initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
• Driving license: SIM A and SIM C

Responsibility

• Provide first-level support to end-users for IT related issues including hardware, software, software and network problems
• Install, configure and maintain IT hardware & software
• Perform regular maintenance and updates of IT hardware & software
• Work together with IT infrastructure team (supporting server, network, telco)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports
• Assist in IT projects implementation

7. SAP Functional Support

Qualification

• Minimum GPA 3.20

8. Warehouse Dept Head

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Logistics Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing Warehouse Management at the managerial level or 5 years at the supervisory level.
• Ability to compile and analyze inventory control reports using SAP.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem- solving, and troubleshooting skills, using effective and systematic methodological tools.
• Proficient in SR/5S management with a strong focus on effective stock management.
• Expertise in implementing Lean Management and Supply Chain systems on the shop floor.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office,especially Excel (intermediate to advanced level), including Pivot Tables, Custom Functions, etc.

Responsibility

• Manage all processes within the Warehouse Department.
• Monitor inventory during the production process, incoming materials, and finished goods.
• Analyze warehouse capacity and align it with inventory control.
• Actively implement improvements to achieve established KPIs.

9. Staff GA and Facility Management

Qualification

• Maximum age: 28 years
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 1 year of experience as a Civil Engineer or Project Officer
• Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level)
• Skilled in planning and executing work, including preparing documents such as Work Breakdown; Structure (WBS) and Gantt charts for new plant expansion projects
• Strong initiative and analytical thinking abilities
• Knowledgeable in problem-solving methodologies

• Fixed Asset Register, Maintenance, and Services
• Building Maintenance
• Infrastructure and Facility Management
• Supervise the Orderliness of Office Administration and Facilities
• Coordinating with Internal Departments and Third Parties for Building and Construction Projects
• Vendor Management and External Coordination According to Company Agreements and Service Requirements
• Handle SAP Program
• Security and Vehicle Control
