1. Accounting Staff

Job Description :

• Creating financial and tax reports in accordance with company regulations, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Monitoring stocktaking activities by external auditors according to accounting standards to ensure the accuracy of stock data with physical counts in the field.
• Performing reconciliations for transactions related to the financial reporting process, such as bank reconciliations, accounts receivable reconciliations, and employee receivables reconciliations.

Requirements :

• Possess at least a Bachelor`s Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 1 year experience as an Accountant. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Possession of Brevet A & B certifications will be an added advantage.
• Adaptable, collaborative and commitment to excellence
• Placement at the Head Office (Pluit, North Jakarta).

2. Branch Sales Manager

Job Description :

• Managing all sales activities within a region.
• Implementing improvements and refining sales strategies being implemented
• Managing the budgeting of the sales department
• Collaborating with other departments to support excellent sales performance

Requirements :

• Possess at least Diploma’s Degree (D3) in any major.
• Have a 5 years experience in Manager Sales or in same field.
• In deep Public Speaking Skill, Negotiation Skill.
• Good Leadership and analitycal thinking
• Willing to be placed in all branches of ADR Group of Companies (Samarinda, Manado, Palembang, Sorong, Kendari, Timika)

3. Cost Controller

Job Description :

• Anaylze COGS and COG, Monitor and mapping asset & stock material subcont
• Control selling price and Follow up audit findings

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering/Accounting
• Fresh Graduate are welcome
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

4. Engineering Process Staff

Job Description :

• Implementing improvements and development in the production process to support the achievement of production targets
• Corrective Maintenance
• Preventive Maintenance
• Utility

Requirements :

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical/ Electro Engineering
• Min. 1 year of experience working as a Engineering Process or a similar field. Freshgraduate are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity using IOT, microcontroller & PLC
• Good knowledge about basic Electrical/ Conventional
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Willing to be placed in Bitung, Tangerang

5. Engineering Product (Design Mold)

Job Description :

• Assess and evaluate processes & equipment to ensure compliance with SOP, work instructions and safety regulations
• Support all engineering activities/projects within a department including design, development and testing of industrial process & system upgrades
• Initiate and implement continuous improvement related to process, cost, production and overall quality of the products

Requirements :

• At least a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering
• Having 1 year experience in the related field
• Good knowledge of Design 3D Software (NX, SE, SW Power Shape)
• Familiarity with principle/methods such as TQM, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and etc would be a huge plus
• Willing to be placed in Curug – Tangerang

6. Finance Staff

Job Description :

• Manage records and receipts for all daily transactions
• Monitor all bank deposits and payments
• Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the latest transactions and changes
• Maintain all the related documents and record on file

Requirements :

• At least a High School graduate (SMA/SMK)
• Have 1-2 years of experience as finance or cashier, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good knowledge of finance/accounting administration, cash bank and AP & AR journals
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and any other accounting software would be a huge advantage
• Willing to be placed in our Head Office – Pluit, North Jakarta

7. HVAC Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Promote HVAC mechanical solution projects and conceptual solutions especially in the filter area
• Demonstrate product information including technicalities and specifications of HVAC filter products
• Assist manager to develop new business strategy to close sales
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local general contractors, overseas

Requirements :

• Candidat must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering (preferably mechanical) or any related major
• Have an experience as a sales engineer, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good understanding of HVAC product details and technical specifications
• Extensive knowledge of market research & analysis, business development and strategic planning related to HVAC products especially inf the filter area
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a previous company
• Proficient in English and computer/digital technology it’s a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and project management skills
• Highly energetic, extroverted, can-do attitude, dynamic and customer-focused

8. IT SAP PP

Job Description :

• Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP ERP system specifically in PP (Production Planning) Module
• Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required
• Support business users in delivery of end-user training
• Provide overall maintenance and support

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information System
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Solid understanding of business processes in a manufacturing industry would be a huge plus
• Familiarity with SAP S/4 HANA
• Willing to be placed in Bitung, Curug – Tangerang

9. Personal Assistant

Job Description :

• Manage professional and personal agenda for the CEO to ensure that the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings & appointments
• Schedule meetings between the CEO and their committees/clients
• Handle legal and financial documents
• Tracking projects and assignments, and monitoring due reports and information.
• Arrange and coordinate all travel requirements
• Responding to incoming emails and phone calls

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major
• Have a min 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant/Secretary to Top Management or Board of Directors
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (both oral and written)
• Have a strong planning & organization skill
• Have a good communication and administration skills

10. Production Manager

Job Description :

• Responsible for creating, Evaluate controlling, and improving work plans and take corrective actions to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate between internal teams to achieve common targets.
• Control the quality of the produced products.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
• At least 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Production of Automotive Component/Heavy
• Equipment Production/Heavy Equipment Component/Dump Truck Production.
• Understanding of creating short-term and long-term production work plans.
• Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and others).

11. Sales Executive

Requirements :

• Bachelor`s degree in any major
• Proven work experience as a sales / marketing executive.

12. Sales Marketng & Data Analyst

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Some experience or internship in sales, marketing, and/or data analysis (1 year preferred).
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
