SALES MANAGER – DUMP TRUCK
Jakarta
The role
Reporting into the Regional Sales Director, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager – Dump Truck to join the dynamic team at PT Sany Heavy Industry Indonesia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the sales of Sany’s world-class dump truck range within the Indonesian market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow Sany’s market share for dump trucks in Indonesia
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the region
- Identify new business opportunities and lead the proposal and tender process
- Provide expert product knowledge and technical support to the sales team and customers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
What we’re looking for
- Significant experience (5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the heavy equipment or construction machinery industry
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building and client management skills
- Excellent understanding of the Indonesian construction and infrastructure market
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
