1. Recruiter

Job Description
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract and identify qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
  • Participate in job fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of various recruitment methods and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.

2. Employer Branding

Job Description
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Create compelling and engaging content, including videos, blog posts, social media posts, and employer branding campaigns, to showcase the company culture and employee experiences.
  • Manage the company’s presence on employer review sites, social media platforms, and other online channels to maintain a positive and authentic employer brand image.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry conferences to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to align employer branding initiatives with recruitment strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt and enhance employer branding efforts accordingly.
  • Analyze data and metrics related to employer branding initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster relationships with current employees to gather testimonials and success stories that reflect the company’s culture and values.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Proven experience in employer branding, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and strategies.
