Lowongan Kerja – PT Mustika Indah Permai (MIP) adalah perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI). Lokasi operasionalnya berada di Kabupaten Lahat, Sumatera Selatan. MIP memiliki izin usaha pertambangan operasi produksi yang berlaku selama 20 tahun sejak April 2010, dengan luas area sekitar 2.000 hektar.
Selain itu, PT Mustika Indah Permai juga terlibat dalam kegiatan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), seperti yang terlihat dari penyerahan bantuan berupa 1 unit mobil ambulans dan 30 unit kursi roda kepada Pemerintah Kabupaten Lahat.

Lowongan Kerja PT Mustika Indah Permai (Subsidiary Adaro)
1. Ap Staff
Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming bills and payments according to company policies, ensuring accuracy, tax compliance, and proper entry into the finance system.
- Prepare AP Aging reports regularly and monitor supplier advances to support cash flow and prevent overdue balances.
- Provide accurate cost data and record accrued expenses in line with SOPs to help with financial planning and reporting.
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and manage Construction in Progress (CIP) entries, converting them into fixed assets as needed.
- Record monthly asset depreciation to reflect the true value of company assets over time.
Job Requirements
- Minimum D3 in accounting or related field
- Have at least 2 years of working experience as Account Payable Staff or related position
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good competencies in Account Payable Management and Tax Policy & Procedure
- Good communication skill, detail-oriented, challenge-driven, and adaptable
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta Selatan, office based
2. Cost Control Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor the company’s business activities (both routine operations and projects) based on the established operational and routine budgets to ensure alignment with the company’s business objectives.
- Manage company expenses by monitoring the approved budget against the company’s current financial status, ensuring accurate and informative financial record-keeping.
- Evaluate project-related expenses to ensure that project activities are conducted efficiently and in line with the company’s business goals.
- Prepare periodic financial statement reports that provide updates on the progress of ongoing projects.
- Facilitate the development of financial models by conducting economic analysis and offering advice on relevant costs that align with the company’s business objectives, supporting management in decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Economy, Accounting, Management, and relevant degree
- Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Cost Control, preferably from mining industry and/or energy sector
- Strong annalytical thinking, familiar with SAP – FM Module
- Good communication skill, challenge-driven, and adaptable
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatera (Non-Roster)
3. Community Relation Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Monitoring all issues that develop in the community as an impact of the company’s operational activities and anticipating potential conflicts between the company and the community so that the impact can be minimized.
- Building good relationships with key stakeholders in villages around the company’s operational areas.
- Conducting fundraising to gain support from the community regarding the company’s existence (social license to operate).
- Conveying all policies and information about the company’s operational activities to stakeholders in the community around the mining environment.
- Conducting mediation between the community and the company if there is any conflict of interest that occurs so the best and most beneficial joint decision can be agreed upon for both parties.
- Building a positive image of the company to the local government, NGOs, religious leaders, community leaders, etc.
- Supervising the implementation of security activities for all company assets and operations.
- Making the necessary efforts to prevent disruptions or termination of company operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in anthropology / Sociology / Law / Communication or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in Community Relations/ CSR/ Government Relations or related field.
- Good competencies in Public Relation, Handling Conflict, Community Awarenes, and Reporting.
- Willing to be placed in Site – Lahat, South Sumatera (Non-roster).
4. Infrastructure Project Manager
Job Responsibilities
- Develop work plans and budges to ensure that processes within infrastructure & project (including mess buildings, offices, bridges, roads, etc.) run smoothly and in accordance with the established budget.
- Plan, direct, supervise, and lead the development of program plans and work activities within Project Development to support the achievement of the company’s objectives.
- Coordinate activities with other related departments involved in company’s projects, oversee administrative processes, and ensure smooth implementation of activities.
- Review and provide improvement suggestions related to ongoing development projects to support the achievement of company goals.
- Ensure that contractors appointed by the company carry out construction work according to the set targets so that the construction quality can be utilized optimally.
- Prepare regular reports to the company’s Board of Directors on the status and progress of ongoing projects to enable effective project monitoring.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. More preferable with Engineering Professional Education (Profesi Insinyur).
- Minimum 10 years working experience in construction project development. More preferable in coal mining project.
- Have POM (Pengawas Operasional Madya) certification.
- Good competencies in communication, decision making, influencing skills, and interpersonal skiils.
- Advance competencies in Construction & Project Management, Mining Operational Management, Operational Safety.
- Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra (roster base).
