Aktivitas utama PT Bank Dinar Indonesia Tbk masih terfokus pada aktivitas penghimpunan dana dari masyarakat dan penyaluran kredit kepada yang membutuhkan. Penghimpunan dana dilakukan melalui produk Giro, Tabungan dan Deposito. Sementara pemberian kredit meliputi Kredit Konsumsi, Kredit Modal Kerja, Kredit Investasi dan Kredit Multiguna. Berdasarkan besaran nilai kredit maka kredit Perseroan meliputi Kredit Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) serta Non UMKM. Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s in any major from a reputable university
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related fields (preferred from banking industry)
- Has a strong customer base
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Candidates with relevant certifications is a plus
- Capable to operate MS Office (Excel, Word)

2. Corporate Funding Relationship Manager

- Strong background in managing retail credit portfolios (e.g.,personal loans, payroll loans, KTA business)
- Experienced in digital transformation projects, especially in lending or digital banking

- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for retail lending & digital innovation

4. Credit Review Division Head

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university
- Minimum 12 years in the banking industry
- In-depth knowledge of commercial, corporate, and syndication banking from various industries
- Have professional certifications (e.g., Certificate of Risk Management, CFA is a plus)
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and report-writing skills

Job Descriptions
- Lead and oversee the Credit Review Division to ensure credit policies and procedures are effectively implemented and aligned with regulatory requirements and the bank’s risk appetite
- Conduct independent reviews of credit proposals, loan portfolios, and credit processes
- Asses credit quality and provide recommendations on creditworthiness, loan structure, and risk mitigation strategies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Credit Risk, Business Units, Compliance, and Audit to ensure end-to-end credit risk integrity
- Coach and develop team members to strengthen credit review capabilities and maintain high analytical standards
5. Credit Reviewer

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate Banking
- Has experience in credit reviewing across multiple industries, including conglomerates and syndicated loans

Job Descriptions
- Review incoming credit proposals to ensure the feasibility of project/ business, financing needs, financial capabilities, and overall risk related to loans for top management decision-making
- Analyze and provide recommendations on credit proposals, and carry out other tasks related to the Credit Review Division
- Present the result of the credit review to the credit committee (top management) for approval
6. Custodian Staff – Korean Speaker

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field
- Proficient in Korean and English
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
Job Descriptions
- Liaise and communicate effectively with Korean expatriates regarding relevant documentation and processes
- Handle end-to-end credit document administration and archiving
- Manage and maintain both existing and new credit documents
- Conduct regular stock opname (inventory check) of original documents, both incoming and outgoing
7. Commercial – Corporate Relationship Manager

Requirements
- Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university
- Having business background with minimal 3 years’ experience in Commercial – Corporate banking
- Preferably having a customer base
- Good knowledge of banking
- Good Interpersonal, relationship and communications skills
- Proficient in English
Job Descriptions
- Acquire new Commercial & Corporate accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Manage and maintain the portfolio of Commercial – Corporate banking
