Lowongan Kerja PT Linde Indonesia

1. Electrical Engineer

Gresik

Responsibilities:

• Ensure electrical work only conducted by authorized competent persons and comply with statutory & regulatory requirements.
• Identify and propose continuous improvements of electrical equipment.
• Respond to emergency call refer to plant problem, investigate and plan for repairing work to bring equipment back to normal operation
• Ensure SAP PM work orders completed in timely manner and following up notification for all maintenance requirements in SAP PM.
• Implementing the best maintenance practices, standards, processes, and specifications across this area.
• Head investigations along with site operations to identify and resolve plant electrical system issues estimating labor, material, and construction
• Assist in developing capital project programs for new equipment and major repairs by develop budgets & costs.
• Plan and be responsible of purchasing of spare parts to maintain the decided stock of spare parts.
• Maintain electrical systems document up to date including SLD and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in electrical engineering (power).
• Experience as electrical engineer in industrial plant, or petrochemical plan, and having solid exposure to maintain electrical equipment.
• Five (5) years in continuous process plants on maintenance, repair & overhaul of electrical equipment [e.g.motors, transformers, switchgear, UPS, etc]
• Knowledge, training, and experience on electrical maintenance
• Holding electrical expert certificate (AK3L) from government of Indonesia.

2. Senior Instrument Engineer

Gresik

Responsibilities:

• Design and/or review the best process control strategy required as per the job assigned.
• Design and/or review the best instrumentation system strategy required as per the job assigned.
• Create MOC on every modification required
• Create project estimation and selection
• Man Management & labor management in project basis
• Responsible for improving performance all Instrumentation and Process Control Issue
• Responsible for any urgent emergency call related with Instrumentation and Process Control

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Instrument/Electrical/Physic
• 3-5 Years Experience
• Experience in PLC system, DCS, field device instrumentation, process analyzer devices and computer network as well
• Practical knowledge and skill in conducting Hazard Analysis and Operability Study (HAZOPS) techniques, Risk Assessment and managing loss prevention program, Root Cause Analysis
• Good knowledge of Instrumentation and Process Control principles.

3. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Manyar Site, Gresik, Cilegon, Banten

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical Asset Reliability: Ensure reliable and efficient operation of static and rotating equipment through preventive, predictive, corrective, and proactive maintenance
• Shutdown & Spare Parts Management: Coordinate Turnaround (TAR) activities and manage consumable and capital spare parts.
• Change Management: Implement technical reviews and approvals for any changes via Management of Change (MOC) process.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, reliability engineers) and external parties (contractors, government authorities).
• Quality Assurance: Maintain and update procedures, ensure cost-effective maintenance without compromising safety and quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Mechanical
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer or an Mechanical Engineer in an industrial, petrochemical plant, power plant, industrial plant.
• Five (5) years in continuous process plants on Mechanical maintenance, repair & overhaul of rotating equipment [eg: Compressor, pump, turbine etc] & static equipment [eg: Storage Tank, Pressure vessel, Pipeline]
• Holding ISO Vibration level Il or IlI, lifting, Coating Inspector SSPC/NACE certification will be advantage.
• Knowledge in distributive control system (DCS), operation and maintenance are an advantage

4. Project Procurement Specialist (Project)

Cikarang

Scope & Responsibilities:

• Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines, budgets, and technical requirements.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Contract Administration: Prepare, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, project management, and finance teams to ensure
• procurement activities support overall project objectives.
• Risk Management: Assess and mitigate procurement-related risks, including supply chain disruptions and cost escalations.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and provide regular status
• reports to project stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and procurement within engineering or construction projects.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills; Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office tools; Knowledge of international procurement standards and practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects.
