Lowongan Kerja – PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk juga dikenal sebagai CJ CGV Cinemas (atau sebelumnya dikenal sebagai Blitz Megaplex) adalah jaringan bioskop terkemuka di Indonesia yang didirikan pertama kali pada tahun 2004 dan mengoperasikan bioskop pertamanya di Paris Van Java, Bandung pada tahun 2006.

CJ CGV memberikan pengalaman menonton lebih menyenangkan dengan kemajuan teknologi yang digunakan seperti; 3D, 4DX, Screen X, SphereX, dan Dolby Atmos, melalui beragam pilihan auditorium yaitu Regular Class, Velvet Class, Gold Class, Satin Class, Sweetbox, Sky Seat dan Private Box.

Mengusung konsep Cultureplex dimana kami tidak hanya menyediakan tempat untuk menonton film, CJ CGV* CINEMAS turut memberi ruang bagi beragam komunitas di sekitar lokasi CGV untuk melakukan aktivitas kesenian, seperti pertunjukan musik dan tarian, pertemuan corporate, gathering, dan memberikan wadah kreasi serta mengekspresikan diri untuk masyarakat seluruh Indonesia.

Saat ini PT Graha Layar Prima Tbk (CJ CGV Cinemas) kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan September 2024 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. 1. Research and Development F&B Team Leader

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement F&B strategies.
  • Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, and catering.
  • Lead and mentor the F&B team.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and resolve complaints.
  • Monitor and control F&B costs and financial performance.
  • Collaborate on menu development and quality control.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and analyze F&B operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of F&B management experience, with 3-5 years in a senior role.
  • Strong in Data Analyst
  • Strong in Business Accumen
  • Strong leadership, communication, and financial management skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B trends and customer service standards.
  • Knowledge of social media platform, online marketing and the latest social media innovation
  • Experience on plan, launch & post-marketing activity & campaign
  • Implement and evolve high-impact strategies to target new business opportunities & new markets
  • Interpersonal and networking skills
  • Strategic thinker, capable of combining everydays activity & bestpractice with long term plans

2. Marketing B2B Partnership

Subject: Marketing Partnership

Responsibility:

  • Manage and maintain CGV Partnership
  • Seeking for new potential partners to achieve marketing communication goals
  • Create attractive promotion / collaboration scheme for every partnership
  • Creating partnership report
  • Coordinate with other marketing team to communicate partnership promotion
  • Supervise junior team for daily basis tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degrees or equivalent practical experience
  • Min 5 years experience in handling partnership
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage several projects at the same time
  • Used to handle partnership with banks or other payment methods would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written (English, Bahasa)

 

4. IT System Administrator

Subject: System Administrator

Responsible

  • Manage Data Centers and availability
  • Manage Active Directory (user, replication)
  • Manage Domain Controller (servers)
  • Manage Server Storage Space (monitor, analyze, report, suggest)
  • Manage Server OS Windows & Linux (maintain, analyze, report, suggest)
  • Manage Cloud Server (maintain, analyze, report, suggest)
  • Create & maintain System Documentation
  • Manage Anti-Virus Server (maintain, analyze, report, suggest)
  • Manage data center/server related projects
  • Provide Level 2 Support

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in maintaining server and storage infrastructure, including hardware like HPE, DELL, NETAPP
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems (Redhat, -Debian, Ubuntu).
  • Understanding Windows Server, Redhat, Debian, Ubuntu Server
  • Understanding Domain Controller
  • Monitoring All Server Resources, Ram Consumption, and Storage
  • Monitoring and maintain antivirus server
  • Create / Edit policy, in Windows Server Active Directory
  • Familiar with various hardware components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

 

5. Marketing Communication

Subject: Marketing Communication

Responsibilities:

  • Planning integrated marketing program to create CGV brand awareness and uniqueness, especially through CGV F&B brands and products
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze data and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies
  • Coordinate with other marketing team (Social Media, Digital Marketing, Product Team, Loyalty and Partnership) and Operational Team to strengthen brand campaign and communicate to audiences
  • Ensure all F&B marketing collaterals are displayed properly on-site and marketing channels placements as planned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of work experience in marketing for the F&B industry
  • Good in English both written and verbally
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs

 

6. Finance Business Analyst

Subject: Finance Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Manage budgets and financial performance.
  • Conduct business analysis and monitor market trends.
  • Conducting comprehensive financial analysis for including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage KPI

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in business management in the retail industry.
  • Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in SAP/ERP.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
  • Proficiency in English is a must. Knowledge of Korean is an advantage.
