Lowongan Kerja – Erajaya Swasembada (PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk., IDX: ERAA) adalah perusahaan ritel dan distribusi perangkat elektronik yang berhubungan dengan telekomunikasi seperti handset, kartu SIM, kartu voucher prabayar, aksesoris, komputer, dan segala jenis gadget elektronik. Presiden Direktur ERAA terakhir hingga pada tahun 2015 adalah Budiarto Halim. Berkat kepemilikannya mengenai empat anak perusahaannya Erafone Artha Retailindo, Sinar Eka Selaras, Era Sukses Abadi, dan Teletama Artha Mandiri (TAM), ERAA disebut juga Erajaya Group.[1] Pemegang saham utama perusahaan ini adalah Eralink International dengan besaran 59.97%.

1. Area Manager (Fashion)

Job Description :

  • Recruit, train, and develop staff, and ensure they are motivated to provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain inventory levels and supply chain logistics to ensure stock availability and minimize losses
  • Analyze sales data and trends to develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services
  • Manage operational expense budgets and financial reports
  • Manage store leaders & store head and ensure their success in the role
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to support corporate initiatives

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree from any major
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Experienced in Retail Fashion industry is mandatory
  • Representative with good sense of store aesthetic setting
  • Strong analytical thinking, especially to deal with data using excel (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot)
  • Good leadership & interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta office

 

2. Site Acquisition Assistant Manager

Job Description

  • Identify and evaluate potential locations for land leases or new store openings based on customer criteria, feasibility studies, and jurisdictional zoning or land use regulations.
  • Conduct site surveys and analysis to assess location viability and business potential.
  • Negotiate lease acquisitions, amendments, and terms with landlords, owners, or developers for telecommunications or retail purposes.
  • Oversee and coordinate leasing operations to ensure assignments and scheduling follow agreed timelines.
  • Prepare or oversee required documents, including tower company collocation applications and zoning or permit submissions.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel, vendors, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and timely processing.
  • Support the Site Acquisition Manager and cross-functional teams (technical, construction, legal, etc.) in all aspects of the acquisition process.
  • Coordinate and track site visits, title and survey orders, environmental and structural assessments, regulatory reports, lease exhibits, and construction plans.
  • Plan and map potential areas for expansion, particularly in retail, ensuring alignment with business growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Law or Management with a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • 5–7 years of working experience in site development, business development, or channel development (preferably with a retail business background)
  • Proven experience in the retail industry and in opening a store in a mall is a must
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the entire site development process
  • Required skills: Negotiating, Site Acquisition, Site Survey, Networking
  • Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with local zoning requirements
  • Willing to travel as necessary & to be placed in the Jakarta Office

 

3. Coorporate Strategy

Job Description:

Focused on scaling their business, entering new markets, or optimizing existing operations for growth. This role involves developing and executing strategies that drive the company’s expansion and profitability.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any related major
  • Have working experience in consulting and corporate roles such as Strategy Planning or Business Development positions
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Good communication in English both verbal and written
  • Willing to placed at Head Office, West Jakarta
