Lowongan Kerja PT Eka Jaya Internasional

1. Machine Operator

Work Location: Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Minimum 1 year experience as Machine Operator
• Excellent skills of Mathematics
• Excellent skills of Mechanical or Electrical especially in production machine
• Good analytical thinking, have a good problem solving
• Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate Production Machine: Setting production machine before and after the production process.
• Defect Identification: Detect and report any trouble machine during the production process. Analyze with technical team to prevent and minimalyze the trouble.
• Data Recording and Reporting: Compile test results and measurements into detailed reports. Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and aligned with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborative Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and interpret quality data. Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.

2. Purchasing Supervisor

Work Location: Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience as general purchasing supervisor
• Excellent negotiation skills, keen to detail, good communication skills
• Good analytical thinking, have a good problem solving
• Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and Manage Packaging Material Purchasing Team : Monitor the work of the team and ensure the production process goes according to plan.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit daily or weekly reports, including progress updates, problem, and team needs.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Coordinate with related sections for the implementation of targets and problem solving within the scope of their section
• Monitor Performance: Ensure team productivity, work quality, and efficiency meet expected targets

3. Purchasing Staff

Work Location: Tangerang

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Minimum 2 years experience as purchasing staff
• Excellent skills of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Familiar with SAP Program
• Excellent negotiation skills, keen to detail, good communication skills
• Good analytical thinking, have a good problem solving
• Fluent in english
• Willing to work in Cikupa, Tangerang

Job Responsibilities:

• Supplier Management: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and services. Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Order Processing: Prepare and issue purchase orders based on material requirements and production schedules. Track order status to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
• Inventory Coordination: Monitor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels. Work with warehouse and production teams to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Cost Optimization: Identify and pursue opportunities for cost savings through supplier negotiations, alternative sourcing, or bulk purchasing. Maintain awareness of market trends and pricing fluctuations.
