Pada Lowongan Kerja 2025 ini, PT Eka Jaya Internasional kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Eka Jaya Internasional
1. Product Development Decorative (Placement: Alam Sutera, Tangerang)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field
- Min. 1 year experience in product development, preferably in makeup/decorative category
- Previous experience in the manufacturing or beauty industry is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written & spoken)
Responsiblities:
- Create a new product concept through in-depth research into the market trends, especially in Decorative category
- Innovating new products product regarding the formula, packaging, and other aspects that are going to be involved in the product
- Engage internal and external end-users to gather insight that informs product decisions
- Generate and distribute product knowledge insight
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the make-up category
- Participate in product testing and evaluation, including consumer testing and stability testing
2. Reward and Personalia Staff (Placement: Cikupa, Tangerang)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Compensation & Benefit or Payroll administration
- Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan processes and regulations
- Understanding of income tax (PPh 21) is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
Responsibilities:
- Inputting, monitoring, and updating employee data in HRIS database
- Monitoring employee attendance records processing salary components for operators
- Processing employee benefits including medical, BPJS, and other benefits
- Understanding the workflow for BPJS Employment Claims (JKK & JKM)
- Understanding payroll and compensation & benefits processes
- Sending employee evaluation forms to respective users
- Drafting employment contracts for employees
