Lowongan Kerja PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk

1. Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and improve relationships with customers.
2. Review company practices to ensure clients get the most out of their purchases.
3. have a potential opportunity and alert the sales team for a quote.
4. Educate and 9 clients about the company’s products, services and special offers.
5. Attend client complaints and solve problems promptly.
6. Conduct customer surveys and recommend satisfaction ways to increase client satisfaction.
7. Work with internal departments to ensure the company meets client expectations.
8. Oversee the customer relationship management system.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager
2. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices.
3. Experience in sales or customer service is preferred
4. Problem solving attitude

2. Senior Backend Engineer

Descriptions:

• Produce code that meets the needs and good quality standards.
• Monitor and ensure the stability of the system created.
• Perform troubleshooting for problems that occur.
• Work closely with the entire team to achieve the expected target and quality of work.
• Continuously develop technical expertise and apply technology that can support effective and efficient performance.
• Work closely with teams from various divisions such as product, business, and other developers to identify the required technical needs.
• Assist in the recruitment process and evaluate the performance of fellow Teams.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in backend based application development
• Have experience doing programming using: Java or Golang
• Have a good understanding of system design, concurrency, and database-based RDBMS
• Can work alone or work in a team.
• Have experience working with agile methodology (Scrum)
• Preference will be given to those who have experience in the financial industry.

3. Senior Web Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan: Discuss and design scalable web apps project architecture
• Brainstorm: Discuss and design excellent web apps with product and UI/UX team to create a winning product
• Develop: Develop scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable web apps using cutting edge technologies such as ReactJS.
• Quality Control:Conduct unit testing to maintain app stability and work closely with QA to fix reported bugs found
• Coaching: Nurture and learn together with the web team about latest web technologies and explore the opportunities of incorporating it into the project

Requirements:

• Have experience in developing a minimum 4 years experience as a Web Developer lifecycle from inception to release
• Have deep understanding of web app architecture and clean architecture
• Experience in setting up CI/CD for web project
• Experienced in knowledge in Javascript, including DOM manipulation and Javascript object model
• Experienced of using knowledge of ReactJS and popular workflows such as Redux or Flux
• Familiarity with HTML 5 and CSS 3
• Familiarity with more current specification of EcmaScript
• Experienced of building modular, reusable ReactJS component and front end libraries
• Experienced with front end development tools such as Babel, NPM, Webpack
• Good knowledge of Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) is mandatory
• Knowledge on communication protocol with backend such as REST and gRPC is a strong value
• A good team player
• Good communication skills
• Scrum or Agile methodology familiarity is a plus
• Fintech experience is a plus
• Good knowledge of database is a plus
