Lowongan Kerja – PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT) merupakan salah satu unit usaha dari PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN). PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara (AMNT) berdiri pada tanggal 18 November 1986 dan merupakan perusahaan yang mengoperasikan tambang, termasuk penambangan dan pemrosesan bijih, serta fasilitas pendukung lainnya seperti pembangkit listrik di Batu Hijau. Selain itu, AMNT juga melakukan eksplorasi di Cebakan Elang. AMNT telah mulai melakukan kegiatan komersial pada tahun 2000.

Pada Lowongan Kerja 2024 ini, PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara

 

1. SUPERVISOR – LNG FIRE AND EMERGENCY SERVICES

Some of your duties will include:

  • Responsible for overseeing LNG Terminal & Regasification activities during day  or night shift. This position is also responsible for supervising and shift training both of physical coaching and skills
  • To lead first response during emergency call such as LNG or Gas leak,  fire event, fire alarm and prevention, emergency medical services (EMS) and rescue operation in LNG Terminal and Regasification facilities;
  • To maintain LNG firefighting equipment, apparatus, and fire station buildings;
  • To ensure compliance with his direct reports to SHLP, Personnel, and other company policies and applicable governmental regulations
  • Assists the Specialist FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs.
  • Ensures compliance with company standard operating procedures.
  • Respond to reported emergencies such as fires, accidents, emergency medical incidents, and incidents involving hazardous materials.
  • Direct a company of firefighters to the scene, assess, and report on conditions at the scene, develop an action plan, assume command of all firefighting, rescue and public service operations of the company unless relieved by a senior officer.
  • Manage and perform emergency scene operation involving life-saving and property protection work; conduct size-up, resource request and assignment, confinement, extinguishment, salvage, and overhaul.
  • Performs or effectively recommends the hiring, transfer, suspension, motivate, promotion, discharge, assignment, reward, discipline, direction of work, and adjustment of grievances of subordinate personnel.
  • Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, writing reports on the work activities such as fire and emergency reports, daily log book, equipment maintenance logs, and issue performance evaluations of probationary firefighters.
  • Support Sr Supervisor  to conducts emergency response planning including: conducting research for the development of building pre-fire plans, conducting company building fire prevention inspections and familiarization, and assisting Fire Prevention with occasional fire inspections and other related duties.
  • Support Sr Supervisor  to ensure  proper maintenance and care of all equipment, apparatus, fire station and grounds; direct and participate in periodic inspection of same to ensure that all assigned equipment, apparatus, facilities, and supplies are in a state of readiness; ensure completion of proper maintenance, documentation and repairs.
  • Update and maintain current maps and charts; must be familiar with Department jurisdiction streets, intersections, fire hydrants, water mains, and sprinkler systems; take note of specialized and unusual conditions as required.
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent training at a technical or vocational school with a focus on Fire Science or, Safety or Nurse Education with proven 8 year’s experience as firefighter
  • At least have minimum five (5) year’s experience as Supervisor Fire and Emergency Services in Oil & Gas or LNG Plant of career as firefighter experience.
  • Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS. Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate
  • Have familiar with Basic principles, methods and techniques of fire suppression and prevention; Basic methods, techniques and practices for hazardous materials mitigation; Principles of mathematics, physics, chemistry and mechanics as they apply to fire science; Rules and regulations as they pertain to fire safety;  Methods and techniques involved in the operation of standard firefighting equipment and apparatus used in a developed urban environment; Basic principles of emergency medical care at the basic life support level; Safety practices and precautions pertaining to the work; proper lifting, carrying and climbing techniques; Read and understand technical materials related to fire science; Emergency medical techniques
  • Able to deliver report writing and develop form & procedures.
  • Have certified Fire fighter Level C and Level 1 (Oil & Gas) from Government Certification is a must ; Fire fighter Level B/Level 2 (Oil & Gas) from Government Certification is preferable; Have First Aid Level III from accredited training institution; Have competent at all field described in FES Training System including but not limited to the following: Firefighting Operation, Technical Rescue, Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus, Hazardous, Material Response, Confined Space Rescue, Marine Oil Spill Response, Under Water Rescue, Collapse Structure Search & Rescue, Land SAR, Motor Vehicle Accident Rescue, Vertical Rescue, First Aid and Victim Care
  • Good communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

 

2. REPRESENTATIVE SECURITY OPERATIONS

Some of your duties will include:

  • Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising the work of a contracted security group including the management of all security administrative affairs at the respective sites allocated and will be responsible for the investigation of alleged or suspected offences and threats to company property, operations, and personnel.
  • Direct the activities of contracted security staff in order to protect company property and personnel.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor the progress of security activities.
  • Conduct investigations on incidents that occur on the property, in conjunction with law enforcement officials when necessary and keep supervisors apprised of findings.
  • Supervise security officers in controlling vehicles entering and exiting the property, patrolling areas, controlling traffic on company roads, investigations, searches, monitoring security systems and responding to alarms.
  • Provide advice and guidance on security matters to company personnel and residents.
  • Review security related documents to provide advice on and interpretation of matters contained therein.
  • Carry out investigations by inspecting locations of alleged or suspected illegal activity.
  • Conduct surveillance and searches on suspected persons or activities in order to gather information and evidence.
  • Interview, research and interrogate suspects and witnesses in investigations in order to verify facts, and gather as much information as possible.
  • Prepare suspect and witness statements.
  • Prepare reports on completed and on-going investigations.
  • Prepare loss prevention and security reports for management and make recommendations for further actions or processes.
  • Participate in legal proceedings by serving legal documents, preparing evidence and presenting testimony in courts of law.
  • Collect, preserve and document all evidence and specimens relating to an investigation to be used in legal or other proceedings.
  • Conduct security presentations for Company personnel, Government representatives and contracted security agency employees.
  • Acts as coordination point in emergency situations by staying apprised of emergency response systems, monitoring emergency activities and responding as outlined in company procedure, keeping supervisors apprised of situation with regular updates.
  • Instructs security officers as to the appropriate response to incidents or unusual events.
  • Store, issue and account for company equipment issued to security personnel and supporting Law Enforcement Agencies and submit a monthly report to the Senior Supervisor Security
  • Keep abreast of and ensure compliance with Indonesian Laws and Regulations regarding security matters as well as company policy.
  • Responsible for neatness and maintenance of Security office, Guard posts and the immediate area surrounding these buildings in the respective area of responsibility.
  • Responsible to report all defects, damage, excessive overgrowth or any other issues that might influence effective security operations.
  • Manage the Guard tour system in respective area and submit batons to the designated monitoring station every day for downloading of information.

What skills and experience do you need?

  • Tertiary degree in Risk/Security Management or equivalent from a recognized institution with minimum 7 years’s experience in security management in a large working area, and able to lead security personnel in the field.
  • Have minimum 3 years’ experiences in similar role as Chief Security/ Representative Security Operations;
  • Have experience in handling private jetty; Have skills surrounding security technologies; Sound knowledge of Criminal Procedure Act, Law of Evidence and Security Law; Sound knowledge of Investigation and detection procedures; have basic survival knowledge; able to carry out field inspections; Have high skill and flexibility in communicating, especially with security agencies;
  • Have minimum Gada Madya certification,
  • Have Frontline level operational inspector certificate (POP) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
  • Strong leadership and organizational, scheduling & time management skills; Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high pressure environment; Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals; A commitment to safety and a desire to maintain our Indonesian mining operations to world class international safety standards; Demonstrate strong conceptual skills, and capable of developing lateral and practical solutions; High level of integrity and commitment; Good analytical, conflict resolution, sound decision making skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
