1. Sales Commercial Analysis Supervisor

Job Summary

The Sales Commercial Analysis Supervisor is responsible for providing analytical insights and strategic recommendations to enhance sales performance. This role requires a keen analytical mind to evaluate sales data, identify trends, and support decision-making processes within the sales department.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic business decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies based on data analysis.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Provide support in the planning and forecasting of sales objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify competitive positioning and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and maintain tracking systems and tools for sales metrics.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Sarjana).
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis or related analytical roles is preferred.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in sales analysis, forecasting, or commercial data analytics, preferably in FMCG or food & beverage industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical and analytical tools (Excel advanced functions, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent).
  • Strong skills in data validation, interpretation, and commercial insight generation.
  • Ability to work with multiple data sources and strong understanding of sales cycles.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

2. Media Manager

Job Summary

The Media Manager plays a critical role in driving brand awareness, consumer engagement, and media efficiency across ATL and digital channels. This position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives. The role collaborates cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely, data-driven, and impactful media campaigns. By leveraging audience insights and performance analytics, the Media Manager ensures optimal media mix, budget allocation, and campaign effectiveness to support overall marketing goals

Job Description

Media Strategy Development & Planning

  • Align media objectives with brand and business goals to ensure all campaigns contribute to overarching marketing and commercial targets.
  • Develop media channel strategy and mix by evaluating platform strengths, consumer behaviors, and campaign objectives to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Plan annual media calendar and campaign waves to support key brand initiatives, product lifecycles, and festive seasons, ensuring comprehensive year-round visibility.
  • Define media roles per brand and campaign type (e.g., awareness vs. activation) to customize execution based on strategic goals and target audience needs.
  • Map out campaign waves around festive periods, launches, or promotions to align media activation with consumer purchase intent and seasonal relevance.

Campaign Execution & Coordination

  • Execute media buying and placement across digital and ATL channels to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate delivery in line with media plans.
  • Negotiate bonus spots, discounts, and preferred placements for nationwide and regional media buys to enhance campaign value and cost-efficiency.
  • Confirm media schedules and creative delivery timelines to ensure smooth execution and adherence to planned campaign launches.
  • Perform QC and deliver creative assets to media partners according to platform specifications and deadlines to maintain brand consistency and execution quality.
  • Coordinate with media agencies to resolve execution problems (e.g., missed slots) to minimize disruption and maintain campaign integrity.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Monitor media execution and troubleshoot issues in real time to address underperformance or delivery gaps promptly.
  • Analyze media performance and ROI by consolidating cross-platform results, identifying drivers, and comparing against benchmarks to inform future planning.
  • Develop post-campaign reports with optimization insights to evaluate effectiveness and improve upcoming campaigns through data-driven learning.

Reporting, Documentation & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Present strategy and budget to stakeholders for alignment and approval ensuring transparency and collaborative buy-in from cross-functional teams.
  • Document learnings and integrate into future digital campaigns by capturing key insights, best practices, and market trends to continuously refine media strategy.

Supporting Responsibilities

  • Support alignment of e-commerce media with brand and commercial strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Provide support on finalizing selection and budget for influencers and KOLs to ensure brand fit and strategic value.
  • Support management of brand websites and social pages to maintain consistent media presence and drive organic engagement.
  • Support influencer impact and sentiment tracking to evaluate effectiveness and optimize future collaborations.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related disciplines
  • 3-6 years experience in media planning, media buying, or digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or Food & Beverage industry
  • Multi-channel media campaign planning and execution
  • Hands-on digital media buying (e.g., Meta, YouTube, Google Ads, Programmatic)
  • Experience working with agencies, influencers, and cross-functional teams
  • Media mix modeling and channel planning
  • Influencer evaluation and campaign impact tracking
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environments
