Our main goal is to help Indonesians pursue their goals to study and work overseas by providing online classes for German, French, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. 1. Academic Advisor

Role Description

  • Responsively handle prospective customers and offer the best course for them.
  • Introduce and elucidate product offerings to potential customers.
  • Pursue company targets, including revenue and student enrollment.
  • Administrative tasks such as daily reports, input customer data, and recap sales.

Qualifications

  • Based in or around Yogyakarta
  • Minimum D3/S1 (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Interest in learning about telesales and customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Optimistic, agility, and target-oriented
  • Placement in Bantul, Yogyakarta
  • Can join immediately

 

2. Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Design, edit, and manage content for social media or internal platforms to meet company needs (marketing, HR, etc.).
  • Develop written content that includes engaging and relevant material, ensure consistency, and optimize content for its intended audience and platform.
  • Collaborate with overall marketing or communication strategies.

Requirement:

  • Min Bachelor Degree (S1) in marketing, communication, or any relevant major
  • Have min 3 years of working experience as content specialist/content creative/content creator
  • Familiar with content management systems such as WordPress, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Linkedin
  • Knowledge in content and layout design tools and editing such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Capcut, VN, Adobe Premier
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancement in technology
  • Certification in design/content skill is a plus
  • Placement in Malang
  • Can join immediately

 

3. Performance Management Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Manage online campaign plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaign on platform, monitor and optimize online Ads
  • Collaborate with the content specialist and whole marketing team to develop strategies on promoting the organization’s services

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing minimum 3 years
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms (ex. Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Minimum monthly Ads spend is 50 million rupiah
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with the education industry is a plus
  • Certification in Performance Marketing/Advertiser is a Plus
  • Placement in Malang
  • Can join immediately

 

3. Sales Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor the sales team in operation regularly.
  • Ensure the achievement of the sales target.
  • Improve the sales and CRM processes to be more efficient.

Qualifications

  • Based in or around Yogyakarta
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business or a related field
  • Min 3 years work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Placement in Bantul, Yogyakarta
  • Can join immediately

 

4. HR Intern

Responsibilities:

  • Learning, assisting the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, evaluate CVs, and coordinating candidate assessments.
  • Learning, assisting in employee training.
  • Learning in other ad hoc task to support the success of HR department.

Qualifications:

  • Last year or Bachelor Degree from psychology, business and management, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Content design skill is a plus
  • Remote/wfh
  • Can join immediately
