Lowongan Kerja – Ninja Van atau yang lebih dikenal dengan Ninja Xpress adalah perusahaan pengiriman ekspres berbasis teknologi yang menyediakan layanan pengiriman tanpa repot untuk bisnis dari semua ukuran di Asia Tenggara. Diluncurkan pada tahun 2014, Ninja Van memulai operasinya di Singapura dan telah menjadi perusahaan pengiriman terbesar dan tercepat di kawasan ini, dengan jaringan yang mencakup enam negara di Asia Tenggara – Singapura, Malaysia, Filipina, Indonesia, Thailand, dan Vietnam.

Saat ini Ninja Xpress kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan November 2023 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja Ninja Xpress

 

1. Airfreight Reservation Operasional Staff (Marunda)

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate have a basic
  • skill of cargo/logistic, good excel skill, well
  • communication on
  • teamwork

Responsibilties

  • Booking shipments and of the position, constant follow up to secure business
  • Monitor flights regularly with a focus on flights allocation set beforehand
  • Co-ordination with Ops Warehouse and Airpot for space confirmation
  • Re-booking shipments to maximize loads on a flight and follow up for clearances on the existing bookings with respective cargo agents and follow up for the uncleared shipments (irregular cargo)
  • Create or compiling outgoing shipment, share to related agent and team station
  • Entry data all shipment outgoing to AF dashboard

 

2. Shipper Success Management (Account Executive) – KAM

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to shipper in usage of Ninja Van Platforms and analyze shipper business across marketplace
  • Level one support for shipper on any issue related to Shipping enquires and complaints on NV Shipper Platform, Operations, COD, IT and Finance
  • Actively manage and resolve shipper issues by clarifying the shipper’s complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the issue, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Conduct regular discussion for shipper (frequency based on shipper tier) to discuss plan to handle projected increase in delivery volume and raise concerns (if any)

Requirements

  • 1-2 experience years in Customer Service/Customer Relation Officer/Account Executive or any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain calm under pressure, problem solver and collaborate with across functions
  • Efficiency and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative skills such as computer literacy in order to type up reports, results and details of customer interaction

 

3. Account Executive

Responsibilities

  • Develop a solid and trusting relationship between clients and company
  • Managing relationship with key accounts by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Managing communication between key accounts and internal team
  • Working closely with operations team to monitor performance to meet key account performance objectives through cross-functional efforts
  • Analyze key accounts performance to identify the problem to develop initiatives and propose practical solution to operations team to achieve the key account’s objectives and achieve targets
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Communication, Business, or related major
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals and partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a people-person
  • Excellent in problem solving and negotiation
  • Having related experiences in logistics companies or startup company would be preferred
  • A determined person, curious, initiative, eager to learn, persuasive, and energetic
  • Excellent in Microsoft office

 

4. Admin Hub Labuan Bajo

Requirements

  • Fresh Graduate (jurusan akuntansi dan management keuangan lebih disukai)
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam membuat laporan keuangan
  • Suka dengan angka dan teliti
  • Menguasai Microsoft Excel
  • Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, serta memiliki sikap dan rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi terhadap pekerjaan
  • Bersedia ditempatkan di Labuan Bajo

Responsibilities

  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap petty cash
  • Monitoring daily cash flow
  • Mengumpulkan dan memvalidasi laporan operasional dari driver, hub, dan station
  • Berkoordinasi dengan function terkait untuk memastikan pettycash kegiatan operasional dan mengajukannya secara akurat
  • Daily cash opname and report
  • Mengelola seluruh administrasi kepegawaian, termasuk di dalamnya adalah absensi, penggajian, pendaftaran karyawan baru

 

5. Admin Area Jayapura

Requirements

  • Minimal Pendidikan Diploma 3 (D3 jurusan akuntansi, ekonomi, management lebih disukai)
  • Dapat mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik, khususnya Microsoft Office terutama Excel
  • Bersedia visit ke station melakukan audit dan investigasi sesuai arahan dari atasan
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan & sanggup mengejar target
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, baik secara personal maupun didepan umum
  • Mempunyai loyalitas, jiwa leadership dan mampu bekerja secara individu maupun team
  • Bersedia bekerja di Jayapura
  • Bersedia bekerja Senin-Sabtu

Responsibilities

  • Melakukan rekapitulasi dan reporting bi-monthly area
  • Melakukan rekapitulasi dan reporting insentive payroll PKWT
  • Cross check petty cash
  • Submit PR ASSET, ATK, Consumable Area
  • Visit station bersama area manager

 

6. Station IC Bima NTB

Requirements

  • Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D3)
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di Station Bima, Nusa Tenggara Barat
  • Berpengalaman dibidang Expedisi lebih diutamakan
  • Tegas, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, Semangat kerja tinggi
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Melakukan recruitment manpower Rider/Driver
  • Meningkatkan proses station agar lebih efektif dan produktif
  • Memastikan Pencapaian KPI Station & SLA monitoring
  • Melakukan improvement dan evaluasi terhadap seluruh karyawan station
  • Bertanggung jawab atas pengiriman serta report update daily

 

7. Sales Executive Medan

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Growing clients in the social commerce market
  • Continuous cold calling of prospective clients (e.g. Ecommerce Sellers).
  • Arrange sales meetings with prospective clients
  • Track prospects – identify decision-makers, specific qualifications, the best solution that company can offer – to specific client’s need
  • Identifies service improvements or new services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Managing key clients accounts
  • Closing sales and maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
  • Managing and monitoring of day-to-day relationships and communications.
  • Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 years experience in Sales Executive / Business Development / Acquisition Executive, preferably experience logistic/ last mile industry
  • Critical and fast thinking related to understanding a prospect’s interest level in a Small Medium Enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, high energy, positive attitude
  • Able to handle rejection and pressur
