Staff Helpdesk Travel Insurance & Personal Accident

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Midwifery, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of basic insurance concepts
• Experience in Helpdesk, Claim Analyst/Claim Verification, or Insurance Guarantee
• Experience in hospital or insurance industry is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work according to SOP

Job Description:

• Analyze customer eligibility and insurance coverage
• Handle medical evacuation and repatriation coordination
• Verify membership, insurance benefits, and claim documents
• Process Personal Accident claims according to insurance terms and conditions
• Coordinate with JASINDO and service providers regarding customer needs
• Prepare and submit service reports
• Ensure all services are handled according to applicable procedures and timelines
