Legal Manager

We are looking for an experienced Legal Manager to join our team and support the company's legal strategy, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Law (Master's Degree is an advantage)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate legal, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills 
• Able to lead a team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders 

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal advice to management and business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. 
• Manage corporate legal matters, licensing, and governance. 
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while supporting business objectives.
• Handle legal disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when required.
