Key Responsibilities

  • Manage company assets throughout their lifecycle, including acquisition, registration, inventory, maintenance, transfer, disposal, and insurance administration
  • Ensure accurate asset records, conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation, and maintain adequate insurance coverage for company assets
  • Coordinate asset-related insurance policies, renewals, and claims with insurance providers to protect company assets and minimize operational risks
  • Oversee office support services to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business operations
  • Manage business travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, travel documentation, visa requirements, and coordination with travel service providers
  • Develop and monitor travel policies while optimizing travel costs and ensuring service quality
  • Supervise fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, utilization, maintenance, registration, licensing, fuel monitoring, and compliance with company policies
  • Oversee office buildings, facilities, utilities, housekeeping, security, and workplace maintenance to ensure a safe, functional, and productive working environment
  • Manage General Affairs vendors and service contracts, including travel agencies, insurance providers, facility management companies, vehicle service providers, and other outsourced services
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve General Affairs policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and applicable regulations related to General Affairs operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in General Affairs, Asset Management, Office Administration, Corporate Services, or related functions, preferably within the mining industry or other multi-site operations
  • Proven experience in managing company assets, including asset lifecycle management, inventory control, and insurance administration
  • Experience in office support services and business travel management
  • Experience in fleet and facilities management
  • Experience in managing third-party vendors, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Strong knowledge of General Affairs operations, asset lifecycle management, office administration, and corporate support services
  • Good understanding of asset insurance administration, fleet management, facilities management, and travel management processes
  • Strong vendor management, contract administration, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and project coordination abilities
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
