Commercial Project Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Project Analyst to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional projects. This role will work closely with R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Experience managing New Product Development (NPD) projects in the FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor cross-functional projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.
• Manage end-to-end New Product Development (NPD) project activities, from project initiation through commercialization.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure adherence to plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, Procurement, and other functions to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Analyze continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process efficiency and suggesting enhancements.

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, Project Coordination, or Project Analysis within the FMCG industry (preferably in the food production industry).
• Proven experience managing R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, or cross-functional business projects.
• Knowledge of food production processes and industry regulations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools such as MS Project, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be placed at HQ Office (WU Tower), Bandung, West Java.
