MAP Future Leaders Program (Operations)

The MAP Future Leaders Program is designed to develop future retail leaders through immersive learning and hands-on experience across MAP Active's retail operations business. This program equips future leaders with the skills to drive operational excellence, customer experience, people development, and business performance.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
2. Willing to work in operational shifts and be placed across Indonesia.
3. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Internship experience of at least 1 year is an advantage.
5. Strong communication, leadership potential, adaptability, resilience, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Passionate about retail operations, customer experience, and people management.
