Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2–10 years of experience in facility/building maintenance or machinery field, with at least 2–5 years in managerial or Head Engineering position
- Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), HVAC systems, and Generator Set
- Experienced in Building Maintenance Management, Fire Safety, and Energy Audit
- Possess General K3 Certification or Operational Certification for Generator/Lift is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Capable of budgeting preparation, vendor negotiation, and cost analysis
