Landscape Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the landscape across the Puncak estate/property to ensure quality and aesthetics are aligned with company standards.
• Develop landscape brand standards to create consistency across all landscape projects.
• Design and improve effective and efficient Landscape SOPs as operational guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for landscape improvements based on audits and evaluations.
• Prepare periodic reports on landscape development, maintenance, and overall condition.
• Deliver training programs to enhance employees' knowledge and competencies in landscape management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field.
• Strong leadership, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion.
• Able to develop training materials based on organizational needs.
• Capable of analyzing landscape-related issues and providing practical solutions.
