Management Trainee – Vehicle

Role Overview

We are seeking highly motivated individual to join us as Management Trainee – Vehicle. This role will focus on data-driven marketing analysis, stock management, and coordination with main dealers/ATPM, as well as providing strategic insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze marketing reports on a regular basis.
• Support operations teams and management in marketing-related activities.
• Conduct stock data analysis and coordinate ordering with main dealers or ATPM.
• Provide business recommendations based on analytical findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major (Engineering or Management preferred).
• Minimum GPA: 3.00.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst is an advantage.
• Technical skills: Microsoft Excel (medium–advanced level).
• Strong communication skills, confident, and able to speak clearly and directly.
• Well-groomed, motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Active English communication skills.
• Preferably able to drive a car (SIM A).
• Placement in Kalimalang, East Jakarta.
