BP telah beroperasi di Indonesia lebih dari 35 tahun, kini menjadi salah satu investor terbesar di Indonesia, dengan investasi kumulatif lebih dari USD 5 Milyar. Akuisisi asset ARCO pada tahun 2000-an dan persetujuan dari Pemerintah Republik Indonesia pada Maret 2005 untuk memulai konstruksi LNG Tangguh, memperbesar secara signifikan posisi BP pada sektor energi di Indonesia. Saat ini BP Indonesia memiliki karyawan lebih dari 1.000 orang, yang sebagian besar berada di Jakarta dan Papua Barat.

Saat ini BP Indonesia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Agustus 2023 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja BP Indonesia


1. Goverment Relation & GA Executive (Merak Based)


  • Managing all formalities and general administration of the Merak Plant.
  • Ensure legal documents for all business are kept up to date as necessary including permits and licences related to plant by using the CTM to monitor
  • Liaise with local government for formalities administration processes
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements of hotel reservation and flight booking for travelling plant employees, company visitors, visiting vendor/consultants; include handling and coordination for the appropriate visa application with the documentation section.
  • Managing all the office stationary requirement for Merak Plant
  • Pool cars operation scheduler include company cars licences
  • Provide, maintain & update Merak Plant’s IT equipment
  • Handle petty cash for office daily activities if needed.
  • Complete regular safety/tidiness inspections and organize improvements as required. Maintain documented records on daily cleanliness of all office and plant facilities.
  • Act as BP Job Representative for drivers’ and gardeners’ contracts. Liaise and communicate with the Contractor’s Job Representative over fulfilment of responsibilities detailed within the contract, verify that hazards are identified and controls are implemented, and conduct inspections & audits of the contract work.


Educational background

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Administration is preferable

Experience (years And Nature)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in managing office facilities and administration
  • Experience in dealing with government will be an advantage

2. Turnaround Lead Planner


  • As TAR Planning Squad Lead you will manage and provide guidance to a squad of TAR Planners, 3rd Party Planners, and Execution Contractor Planners during the Plan Phase of TCP 5.0.
  • Responsible to be overall area/unit/block lead for field execution of approved TAR scope owning safety, efficiency, and quality of bp and contractor field activities
  • Accountable for planning team’s deliverables and the coordination of assigned planners’ product output.
  • Single point of accountability for developing and managing the plan to deliver Work Packages consistent with TCP 5.0 (TAR common process) milestone requirements for approved TAR scope and to ensure consistency and quality of work packages per requirements.
  • Accountable for coordinating and delivering field walk downs for approved scope Another responsibility that you have is during Validate and Select phase to pull all TAR required scope from Work management system (SAP or Maximo), identifying scope overlap, duplications and communicating to scope owners. Meantime TAR Lead Planner is providing the list of repeatable TAR dependent activities along with corrective orders, projects, etc.
  • Provide or lead the provision of the construction plot plan and logistics information into the TAR Execution Plan. You also perform Constructability reviews of all Turnaround managed scope.
  • Responsible for developing and identifying potential work area conflicts, simitaneous operations (SIMOPs) and coordinating priorities, developing crane/equipment, scaffold, and other TAR support craft execution strategy/priorities. Another important responsiblity is for the Bill of Material completion of all non-Engineered materials, including order verifications, delivery status tracking, and contingency plans for material threats, to create and coordinate all rental equipment and temporary facilities.
  • Responsible for updating the worklist after Scope Freeze, support TAR Scheduler on building links and sequence of activities in P6 and to track the planning performance of Contractor personnel according the agreed KPI’s


  • Develop a plan to meet milestone compliance with planning activities
  • Able to lead a team of planners in the development of work preparations, scheduling activities, and the execution of turnaround scope.
  • Capable of working across departments to coordinate with other disciplines Ability to guide, coach, and mentor other team members Working knowledge of TAR processes and procedures
  • Working knowledge of project controls
  • Good communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills Technical or Engineering background is preferable
  • Minimum of 3-5 years Planning experience is required in Miantenance, Operation or Turnaround area.


3. Construction Engineer pipeline


  • Reports to the Subsea execution Lead for construction planning and execution of the pipeline / Subsea scope
  • Enrol in the projects injury free goal and establish a culture where Safety is a core value.
  • Enrol in the Right 1st Time programme and ensure its rigorous application to achieve defect free execution.
  • Support Pipelines construction Lead Participating in monitoring construction safety, quality, schedule, and costs within area of responsibility to ensure delivery within the plan.
  • Supports coordination of key contractor and construction interfaces within area of responsibility.
  • Participates in construction reviews (and contributes to other functional reviews) as required and participates in the construction self-verification programme.
  • Identifies construction learnings, networking with the community of practice and engaging with specialists when required, within area of responsibility.
  • Review Contractor’s Progress Reporting
  • Follow up on inspections and testing relating to Quality Control.
  • Own the risks and risk action plans for specific scope/equipment
  • Execute the approved construction schedules and manage the Contractor’s construction team to ensure compliance with Project Standards, Practices and Procedures..


  • Demonstrated experience of managing pipeline scope in major O&G projects
  • Experience in safety leadership
  • Experience in performance managing contractors.
  • Ability to self-manage execution with minimum leadership intervention.
  • Ability to work with multi-cultural teams


4. Planning and Strategic Campaign Sr.Manager


  • To strategically increase profile of all bp businesses in Indonesia particularly for the Gas business Indonesia, in support of the existing Communications team and leveraging all available collaterals.
  • To manage the relationship with lenders panel, strategic and comprehensive identification of social & environment risk compliance (SC) as the strategic enablers.
  • Lead the relationship management of new Tangguh Independent Advisory role, to really address the increasing social and security risks in Tangguh as well as other key international development agencies.
  • Supporting non – gas business and provide business advisory and advocacy to align with the aim of putting more bp footprints in Indonesia.
  • Managing high profile visit to bp’s businesses in Indonesia and managing relationship with internal function requirement.
  • Planning, budgeting and performance manage C&EA activities including special projects.
  • Comply with BP’s Code of Conduct and models BP’s who we are.


  • Strong leadership and integration skills – ability to influence stakeholders at different levels and ability to bring diverse points of view together to an aligned solution.
  • Strong team-leadership capabilities – and people coaching and development experience ability to grow and nurture talent and enable team development.
  • Exceptional performance & drive; ability to facilitate and lead performance conversations at different levels to enable performance improvement and delivery of results.
  • Advance fluency in both verbal and writing in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to provide fact-based guidance and focus on key issues and areas of focus among conflicting data points.
  • Ability to work in agile with focus on simplification & digitalization and manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a strong track record of delivery.
  • 15+ years of experience communications and/or external relations.


  • Bachelor’s Degree any other equivalent degree.
  • Master’s degree is preferred.
