Lowongan Magang PT Smart Tbk

1. Accounting Internship 

Job Summary:

As an Accounting Intern, you will assist in managing and monitoring budget utilization across business units. Your responsibilities include processing and reviewing PDO inputs, consolidating unit budget plans (RK), verifying contractor invoices related to agronomy, infrastructure, and project activities, and supporting the preparation and review of internal budget proposals (PAM). You will also help compile weekly PCF reports for fund planning, track contractor and remittance payments, monitor billing status (PO–GR), and handle daily GSB submissions to ensure timely payment processing.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or active undergraduate student (with no class to attend) majoring in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Available for a minimum 6-month internship with commitment and able to join ASAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and responsible
• Willing to work fully from the office (WFO) from Monday – Friday

2. Admin Internship

PT SMART Tbk (Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food) is hiring for Absen Admin Internship, placement in Sinarmas Land Plaza Sudirman, South Jakarta.

Job Requirements:

• Freshgraduate or Active Undergraduate student with NO CLASS TO ATTEND from Administration, Management, Accounting, Library and Information Science, or any related majors
• Available to fully work from the office – WFO (Monday-Friday, 08.30-17.30)
• Available for a 6 months’ internship duration with commitment ASAP
• Experienced in operating Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible

Job Descriptions:

• Input attendance data in the system
• Follow up on employee inquiries or requests related to attendance and leave
• Verify employee leave requests and supporting documents
• Perform attendance data processing using Microsoft Excel

3. Procurement (Fertilizer & Fuel) Internship

PT SMART Tbk (Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food) is looking for Procurement (Fertilizer & Fuel) Internship, placement in Sinarmas Land Plaza Thamrin, Central Jakarta.

Job Summary:

Support Category Fertilizer and Fuel Team in assisting administrative task, make recapitulation on purchase requisition and purchase order.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate or active undergraduate student from Engineering, or other related majors (min. GPA 3.5)
• Domicile Jabodetabek
• Willing to join for a minimum of 6-12 months’ internship duration with commitment ASAP
• Willing to WFO (Monday-Friday, 08.30-17.30)
• Detail-oriented, a hardworker, and able to work overtime if necessary

Job Description:

• Conduct daily check PR (purchase requisition) on Fuel, Fertilizer, Agrichemical, and Agrifood
• Create PO (purchase order) draft for Fuel and Agrichemical based on Category Analyst’s instructions
• Recap update on current market price for Fuel & Agrichemical
• Recap update and monitoring stock quantity for shell and coal (Cangkang dan Batubara) at refinery
• Conduct recap on price offers from vendors and sample analysis result from laboratorium
• Create distribution list to create QCF (Quotation Comparison Form) draft
• Conduct PCM recapitulation based on Category Analyst’s instruction

4. Content Creator Internship

PT SMART Tbk (Sinarmas Agribusiness and Food) is looking for a Content Creator Intern, placement in Sinarmas Land Thamrin, Central Jakarta.

Job Summary

As a Content Creator Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging short-form video content, primarily for TikTok and Instagram Reels. This role involves developing creative ideas, shooting, and editing videos while collaborating closely with the Creative and Social Media teams. You are expected to stay up to date with social media trends, understand platform-specific content characteristics, and produce videos that align with audience preferences and marketing objectives.

Job Qualifications:

• Active final year students and approved by the campus to join internship; fresh graduate are welcomed to apply
• Having related experiences and portfolio is a plus
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere/Final Cut Pro/CapCut
• Creative and active
• Able to execute creative ideas
• Have experiences in editing short marketing videos and editing TikTok videos
• Understands short video regulations, familiar with the characteristics of short video on social platforms, user preferences, violations and product logic
• Willing to work from the office (Monday–Friday) with placement in Thamrin, Central Jakarta.

Job Descriptions:

• Create ideas, shoot, and edit the videos, mostly for TikTok & IG Reels.
• Work closely with the Creative and Social Media team to achieve video targets.
• Up to date, understand social media trends, a social media savvy
