1. Officer, HR Personnel Admin

Karawang, Jawa Barat

About the role

This full-time position as an HR Personnel Admin Officer is a key role within the Human Resources team at ASIA PULP AND PAPER, located in Karawang, West Java. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR administrative duties to support the overall people function of the organization.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or administrative role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures and Indonesian employment laws
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiar and experienced in using Computer : Word, Excel, Power Point, and SAP S/4 HANA Systems.
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Karawang, West Java.

2. Area Sales Supervisor

Yogyakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Will be handling sales area of Yogyakarta and surroundings
• In charge for all channel and B2B market in coverage of Yogyakarta and surroundings
• Achieve the target given
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of sales representative
• Collaborate with distributor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree graduates
• Has the experience 3 years in handling all channel and B2B market, preferably from FMCG Industry
• Has the passion in sales field
• Able to work independent and handling a team
• Willing to mobile as coverage area in Yogyakarta and surroundings
• Willing to work in Yogyakarta

3. Expert, Business Analyst

Jakarta

Job Role:

1. Prepare monthly meeting material : Business review, BU Performances (Sales, financial, cost monitoring, etc)
2. Perform performance analysis : A. Sales analysis by market, by product, etc. B. Financial Analysis (actual vs budget, vs last month, vs last year, etc)
3. Prepare Budgeting, forecasting and Mid Term Plan : Product/market mix, sales and price simulation to optimize EBITDA
4. Strategic Project Management : Feasibility study for new investments, capacity expansions, etc.
5. Prepare ad-hoc report to support executives
6. Cross functional Collaboration : Work closely with product development, Productions, Sales/Marketing, and other related functions to drive strategy to optimize EBITDA
7. Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, fostering growth and collaboration
8. Translate business strategies into actionable analysis and requirements
9. Oversee the design and implementation of data models, dashboards, and reporting tools
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
11. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment on project goals
12. Develop and maintain documentation for business requirements and testing protocols
13. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to senior leadership
14. Ensure compliance with internal policies and data governance standards

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
2. Experience minimum 7 years as a Business/Data Analyst/Corporate Planner, 3 years in managerial level with core experience in commercial functions
3. Preferable from manufacturing industry, or consulting agency
4. Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Strong analysis, expert in excel and powerpoint, including dashboard development.
6. Detail-oriented with a passion for uncovering actionable insights
7. This position will be based in Thamrin office, Central Jakarta

4. Regional Sales Manager

Jakarta

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop sales strategies to achieve company’s target and maximize distribution of product lines through complex distribution channels and possess the ability to analyze problems within the distribution channel.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with trade leaders and distributors, in order to create positive impact and change to company image and business goals.
• Work closely with distributor on coverage area to do sales and distribution plan and implementation
• Analyze regional and sales performance data and identifies areas for improvement .
• Analyze changing customer needs and market trends, understands how they affect the current and future business, and responds proactively to secure long term business performance.
• Work closely with trade marketing to ensure strategic and tactical consistency; promotion effectiveness & efficiency
• Set clear performance standards and expectation based on business strategy and goals to ASMs and distributors.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, in any field
• At least 10 year(s) of working experiences in FMCG, with 4 year(s) as Senior Sales Manager
• Applicants must willing to travel
• Deep understanding of operational sales & distribution all channel: GT, MT, Horeca, especially for West Indonesia including Jabodetabek, Sumatera, West Java, and West Kalimantan is a must
• Good communication, data analysis, & reporting
• Able to manage large team member
• High achiever, target oriented

5. Technician, Project Engineering

Karawang, Jawa Barat

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related field
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and ready for working under pressure
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation
• Good knowledge in Ms. Office, Engineering drawing and SAP Systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in english both speaking and writing
• Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java
