Lowongan Kerja – Asia Pulp & Paper , juga dikenal di industri kertas sebagai APP Sinar Mas, berbasis di Jakarta, adalah salah satu dari perusahaan produsen bubur kertas dan kertas terbesar di dunia. Didirikan oleh Eka Tjipta Widjaja bersama Singgih Wahab Kwik (Kowik) yang juga penasehat dari pemilik sebelumnya Indah Kiat dan mantan kepala komisaris dan wakil dari Sinarmas Group. Dengan 14 pabrik besar di Indonesia, Tiongkok dan Kanada, APP memiliki kapasitas produksi bubur gabungan, kertas, dan kemasan-grade tahunan saat ini lebih dari 18 juta ton per tahun, dan memasarkan produk-produknya ke lebih dari 120 negara di enam benua.

Saat ini Asia Pulp & Paper kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Oktober 2025 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Lowongan Kerja Asia Pulp & Paper (APP Sinar Mas)

1. Specialist, Civil Construction

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering
• Experience in supervision of Civil construction works preferably in Pulp & paper Project, Power Plants or similar industrial projects are plus points
• Good knowledge of Civil specifications and Indonesian codes
• Able to see and forecast the possible problem in term of work sequence between civil work to civil work, also civil work to other discipline work (MEIA)

Job Description:

• Supervise Civil works contractors at site
• Provide technical solutions and directions for any civil related site issues
• Make sure all drawings and technical documents are issued to contractors on time and latest revision
• Responsible for HSE and Quality of work at site
• Check Bill of quantities and work progress of each contractors
• Provide input to prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
• Ensure all Civil works are as per the project schedule and hand over to Mechanical contractor.
• Ensure all the work sequence of civil work in correct procedure to prevent unnecessary problem and maintain the quality

2. Specialist, Civil Design Engineers

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering
• Experience in design of Civil works such as foundations, piling works, road & drains etc for buildings and Civil projects, preferably in Pulp & paper Project, Power Plants, chemical plants or similar industrial projects are plus points
• Good knowledge of Civil specifications and using of Indonesian codes
• Knowledge of design criteria and regularity requirements
• Good knowledge of Civil Engineering basic understanding
• Computer knowledge and Civil design software expertise (Staad Pro / SAP / Etabs)

Job Description:

• Able to do structure modeling fluently and apply the Indonesian Code on the design
• Able to develop detail design drawings from basic engineering
• Able to simplify the civil scope problem, implement in structure modeling if necessary, and propose solution
• Prepare civil shop drawing for the construction guidance if necessary
• Review design consultant drawing and provide technical comments
• Provide technical solutions for the design related issues
• Prepare Bill of Quantities and price estimation for Civil works
• Ensure the contractors are following design requirement and specifications
