Lowongan Kerja – PT Daya Bumindo Karunia adalah sebuah perusahaan pertambangan batu bara metalurgi berkualitas tinggi yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT Petrindo Jaya Kreasi Tbk. Perusahaan ini beroperasi di Kalimantan Tengah dan bertanggung jawab atas produksi batu bara metalurgi, yang merupakan bagian dari upaya diversifikasi portofolio Petrindo di sektor pertambangan mineral dan energi.

Saat ini PT Daya Bumindo Karunia kembali membuka lowongan kerja terbaru pada bulan Maret 2026 untuk sejumlah posisi yang dibutuhkan. Bagi anda calon kandidat yang memenuhi kualifikasi, memiliki semangat dan dedikasi yang tinggi serta keinginan untuk berkembang meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengalamannya bersama PT Daya Bumindo Karunia. Berikut adalah posisi dan kualifikasi lowongan yang tersedia pada saat ini.

Lowongan Kerja PT Daya Bumindo Karunia

1. FINANCE ADMIN (SITE)

Qualification:

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance/Finance Admin; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and possess good communication skills.
• Willing to be placed at the project site in Central Kalimantan.

2. CSR

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Development Economics, Agriculture, Communication, or related
  fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community development or empowerment programs, preferably in mining, oil & gas, or plantation industries.
• Familiar with the 8 Pillars of Community Development and Empowerment Program (PPM) in accordance with ESDM regulations.
• Strong skills in community facilitation and community organizing.
• Able to prepare program reports and supporting documentation (photos/videos).
• Possess a valid SIM A and willing to travel to remote communities.
• Willing to be placed at the project site in Central Kalimantan.

3. EXTERNAL RELATION

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communication, Social Sciences, Political Science, or Public Relations.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in External Relations or Community Development, preferably in mining or related industries.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and stakeholder management.
• Familiar with mining and land-related regulations in Indonesia is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills.
• Possess a valid SIM A and willing to travel to nearby communities.
• Willing to be placed at the project site in Central Kalimantan.

4. SURVEYOR

Qualification:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geography, or Geology.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mine Surveyor, preferably in open pit operations.
• Proficient in mining and survey software such as Surpac, Minescape, AutoCAD Land Desktop, or Global Mapper.
• Skilled in operating survey instruments (Total Station and Geodetic GPS).
• POP certification and UAV/Drone pilot license are an advantage.
• Willing to work on a roster basis in remote areas.
• Willing to be placed at the project site in Central Kalimantan.

5. HEALTH & SAFETY

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an HSE Officer/Supervisor, preferably in the mining industry.
• Possess AK3 Umum certification and POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama).
• А3 К3 Pertambangan certification is an advantage.
• Familiar with SMKP Minerba, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Understanding of B3 waste management, sediment pond management, and mine reclamation procedures.
• Willing to be placed at the project site in Central Kalimantan.

6. STOCKPILE

Qualification:

• Minimum SMA/SMK; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mining or Civil Engineering is an advantage.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in coal stockpile or hauling operations.
• POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is preferred.
• Possess a valid SIM A.
• Willing to conduct supervision in hauling routes and work at the project/site area.
