People Development Staff

What you’ll be doing

  1. Conduct comprehensive training needs analysis to identify competency gaps and ensure alignment with business strategies and organizational objectives.
  2. Develop structured training curricula and learning modules based on the ADDIE framework to ensure effective and measurable learning outcomes.
  3. Execute employee development programs through both online and offline learning platforms to support continuous capability building.
  4. Assess training effectiveness using established evaluation methodologies (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) to measure impact on individual performance and organizational results.
  5. Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) to support standardized, accessible, and scalable digital learning solutions.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training partners to ensure effective delivery of development programs in line with organizational requirements.
  7. Prepare analytical reports and insights on training outcomes to support data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of learning and development initiatives.
  8. Drive innovation in learning methodologies to enhance learner engagement, knowledge retention, and practical application in the workplace.

What we’re looking for

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development, People Development, or a related HR function
  3. Solid understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and competency gap assessment.
  4. Experience in designing and managing employee training programs, including curriculum and learning materials development.
  5. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver engaging learning sessions both online and offline.
  6. Proficient in developing learning content such as presentations, training modules, and digital learning materials (LMS experience is an advantage).
  7. Good analytical skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and prepare clear, structured reports.
