1. HSE Assistant

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelore degree major in Industrial/ Civil Engineering/law or relevant field study with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in non management position of CFPP
  • Having good knowledge on etectricity safety process is an advantage
  • Have a good communication, strong analythical think and good understanding of Indonesia HSE
  • Familiar with risk assestment (HIRADC.IEAL JSA etc) and Permite To Work procedure
  • Have knowledge and experience on Integrated management system ISO 14001 and 45001, SMK3 and PROPER
  • Attention to detail
  • Good command in English both spoken and written
  • Good reporting and administration skill (familiar with MS Office, Excel and Power Point)
  • Having graphic design (photoshop and corel draw) skill will be an advantages
  • Have a valid general safety expert certificate and fire certificated
  • Willing to work in Desa Tanjung Tiram, Kabupaten Moramo Utara, Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

2. Talent Acquisition Department Head

Job Descriptions:
  • Responsible for developing Manpower Planning for all function.
  • Develop manpower fulfitment strategy
  • Develop an employer branding strategy to get the right candidates for company.
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process to ensure manpower fulfilment in Quality, quantity, and time wise.
  • Monitoring manpower fulfilment from external and internal sources to ensure all fulfilment according to manpower planning.
  • Engage third party for sourcing. assessment. head-hunter etc to support recruitment process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree of Psychology, Management or equivalent
  • Having minimum 5 years of Managing recruitment, head hunting and seeking talent event
  • Good in communication & negotiation skills
  • Good knowledge in labor law
  • Willing to travel to job site
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
