Awalnya Rumah Sakit ini bernama Rumah Sakit Siloam Gleneagles yang merupakan kerjasama antara Lippo Group dan Rumah Sakit Gleneagles, didirikan pada 3 Agustus 1996 melalui PT Sentralindo Wirasta yang bergerak di bidang layanan kesehatan. Rumah Sakit Siloam Gleneagles pertama kali dibangun di kawasan Lippo Village (dahulu: Lippo Karawaci), Tangerang dan Lippo Cikarang.

1. Resident Medical Officer
Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia
Job Description
- Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
- Providing medical services to patients, both pre-hospitalization and during hospitalization, as well as delivering optimal health education to patients and their families to enhance the patients’ quality of life.
- Performing initial patient assessment upon admission (at least once) according to the patient’s condition in the Integrated Notes Form in SOAP format comprehensively.
- Executing instructions from specialist doctors or Direct Supervisors (as stated in the outpatient/inpatient referral letter from OPD/ED/OT/ward).
- Handling life-saving procedures and documenting them in the Medical Record, communicating with the Direct Supervisor, and explaining the patient’s general condition to the patient or their family.
- Preparing medical records/patient status: Double-checking medication names, doses, administration methods on the Flow Sheet. Rechecking laboratory test results. Verifying Diagnostic Imaging results (Radiology, Ultrasound, CT Scan, etc.) by initialing with clear signature, name, date, and time of examination results.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Doctor of Medicine (MD)
- In-depth understanding of medical procedures, diagnostics, and patient care practices. Familiarity with hospital protocols and standards.
- Ability to evaluate complex medical situations, analyze diagnostic results, and formulate treatment plans.
- Accurate documentation of patient histories, treatment plans, and medical outcomes. Compliance with hospital record-keeping standards and legal requirements.
- Have minimum 1 year work experience as a general practitioner in hospitals (ward/emergency unit)
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is required.
- ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification is highly preferred, or equivalent trauma care training.
2. Pharmacist Assistant
Bekasi, Jawa Barat, Indonesia
Job Description
- Supporting pharmaceutical services in terms of receiving prescriptions, compounding and preparing medicines as well as distributing medicines in outpatient and inpatient pharmacy services to ensure that patient drug needs are met in accordance with service and quality standards set by the hospital.
- Serving patients in the pharmacy inpatient unit related to data entry, giving numerators, prescription timers, as well as confirming the name/type and alternative drugs if necessary.
- Carrying out the drug preparation and compounding process, starting from checking the contents of the doctor’s prescription (if necessary), calculating doses, mixing, packaging, and writing/printing labels in accordance with established pharmaceutical service standards and procedures
- Double-check the copy/invoice of the prescription with the faxed prescription, input report, and medication that has been prepared before handing it over to the treatment room
- Checking, storing and recording goods received by the pharmaceutical inpatient unit from the pharmacy warehouse, as well as recording goods leaving the pharmaceutical inpatient unit in accordance with established procedures
- Ensure completeness and neatness of daily recipes processed before filing
- Collect required data and/or make reports related to operational activities as accountability to superiors
- Implement procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related department/unit targets
Qualifications
- Minimum D3 Pharmacy
- Have minimum 1 year work experience in the same field
- Proficiency in pharmacy technology, including automated dispensing systems and electronic health records.
- High attention to detail for accurate medication preparation and documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as handling prescriptions and maintaining inventory, efficiently.
- Certifications: STR certification is required.
