Lowongan Kerja PT United Family Food (Unifam)

1. Regional Account Supervisor

Placement: Denpasar, Banjarmasin

Requirements

•  Bachelor’s Degree of any field
• Proven working experience as a Key Account Supervisor (MT) in FMCG company for 2 years
• Great managerial, analytical & strategic thinking, negotiation and communication skill
• Experienced in processing and analyzing data
• Experienced in using Ms. Office

Responsibilities

• Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the Area
• Maintain effective relationship by visiting
• Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
• Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company

2. Area Sales Promotion Head

Placement: Makassar, Banjarmasin, Samarinda

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (s1) of any field
• Experience in the same position (sales promotion) in FMCG industry min. 2 years
• Proven track record in sales promotion
• Ability to create demand, Increase Market, achieve Sales Target and Execution Promotion
• Advanced in data analysis (Microsoft Excel), negotiation, creative thinking, and target-oriented
• Have experience in finding and establishing good relationships with customers & potential customers

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales promotion team to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to increase product sales.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align promotions with overall strategies.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide performance reports.
• Manage the promotion budget efficiently.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and retailers.
• Identify and develop new promotional strategies.
• Monitor competitors promotional activities.
• Train and coach the team to improve performance.

3. Sales Coordinator

Placement: Several Areas (attached in the description above)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (s1) of any field
• Experience in General Trade as Sales Coordinator in FMCG Industry, minimum of 2 years
• Proven Sales Track Record
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and data analysis
• Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Have a driving license (SIM C)

Responsibilities

• Execute, Monitor and Improve Company’s Sales Strategy in the specific areas
• Maintain effective relationship by visiting
• Provide a routine company sales reporting such Forecast, Sales Pipeline, Results of Sales
• Achieve Sales Target that has been agreed on and given by the company
• Leading salesman team
