Position Summary

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you are responsible for the people agenda within a specific Business unit and the driving force behind creation and implementation of people plan aligned with business agenda. Regarded by the customer Unit as the expert in the field of People Performance & HR. Your role also to represent the complete HR Service / Value Chain for the specific customer unit.
A day in the life of Human Resources Business Partner
- Contribute to the execution of the business plan through the creation (where appropriate) and implementation of the People Strategies that attract, develop and retain employees.
- Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure of the customer unit to drive superior performance (taking account of Nestlé principles, policies & local business context).
- Ensure Performance and Talent Management drive the achievement of business goals through objective and development plan setting, performance calibration and talent development.
- Establish and maintain effective win-win working relationships with managers, employees and their representatives through an environment that fosters communication and co-operation.
- Be the gateway for the business into the HR function to ensure Line Managers and Employees understand the HR model and can quickly and efficiently access solutions.
- Work as part of cross functional / NiM CoE HR teams to develop HR practice and process developments that enhance the HR contribution to the business.
What Will Make You Successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English both in verbal and written
- Experience: Significant experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on business partnering. This includes a proven track record of successfully supporting business units and driving HR initiatives.
- HR Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations. This includes expertise in areas such as employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of the organization’s industry, business strategy, and goals. The ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives and contribute to strategic decision-making is crucial.
- Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. This includes working closely with senior leaders and providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead and manage HR projects, drive change, and influence stakeholders. Senior HRBPs often act as trusted advisors and must possess the ability to lead and inspire others.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify HR-related issues, propose effective solutions, and drive implementation.
- Continuous Learning: A commitment to staying updated on HR trends, best practices, and industry developments. This includes participating in professional development opportunities and continuously enhancing HR knowledge and skills.
- Ability to travel frequently to various locations as required.
